your staff were the sadness bunch of people I could ever meet nobody smile or made eye contact when you spoke to them

It was a good place for an overnight getaway. We enjoyed the breakfast.

You post on the site that there is a whirlpool, but there is not. This is one of the reasons I picked your hotel.

The bacon at the only breakfast I ate there was great. So was the departure at the end of my stay!

When I got to my room I sat down in the office chair at the desk that had a broken latch and dumped me over backwards. It's a wonder I didn't get injured! The toilet leaked and condensation from the HVAC was running back into the room. The carpet was stained and scarred and should have been replaced a long time ago. There were several bad gouges in the walls that no attempt had been made to fix.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. We met friends elsewhere. The location was easy to find even though it was partially hidden by a large mound of dirt.

The only complaint my husband & I would say was the water pressure was very weak in the shower.

comfortable temperature, smell, and bed. loved that the stairwells were carpeted and clean. Loved the crisp waffles.

tub showed signs of black mold; a tub&shower surround would solve all the tubs problems breakfast had only apples for fruit that no one takes; bananas and berries would be terrific for on cereal and waffles drinking water in breakfast area one day was good/tasted like it was filtered, but the next day was not! Did not want to have to buy drinking water. The infused lemon water in the lobby was too strong, especially if you just want water (despite the fact that I like lemon in my water). no cereal or muffins that are not sweetened, like bran or wheat

Staff was great.

Room / rusty AC smelled of mildew. Carpet was dirty and sticky. We felt compelled to where flip flops when walking on it. Pillows lumpy and old. For $90 hotel room I'd be fine with these shortcomings, but this place had decent ratings and cost $200 (though price was likely elevated due to it being a busy weekend.)

The first room had mold around all the fixtures. It was sooo gross. This room had extra fixtures because it was a handicap room. The front desk lady changed our room. The next room had to have been or was a pet room. I saw dog claw marks on both sides of the door handle. No questions there. There were stains on the carpet in several places and a corner bead from the drywall looked like it wanted to come off the wall. One of the lamps were out so attention to detail was lacking and there was a grunge around the safety handle in the this bathroom as well. Lastly , it smelled so bad of dog urine that I was almost choaking all night . What ever they used to cover the terrible smell had warn off. I felt sick to my stomach and it took a long time going to sleep. I woke up at 4 am and I was so nasuaited and could barely breathe so I turned on the very loud bathroom fan. I was too tired to ask for yet another room. Those carpets need a deep cleaning or stripped and changed out. Everything else was very nice! But the room smell being so bad it took away from everything else.

Breakfast was very nice except for the second day ran out of eggs.

Request was made for extra coffee never received they only cleaned room every 3rd night was there for four nights cleaned room never changed linen !!!!!! This was a first for me .

The breakfast was alright. I just would have preferred more selections.

The sheets had a few spots that were stained.

looks new upgraded. vibrant colors. the bed was incredibly comfortable. the breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

the street to get to it was a little dark at night but the property itself was very well lit up so that made me feel more comfortable.

This was done for a special person, they rested, relaxed, and felt like a queen. Thanks

Breakfast was better than many hotels that provide this amenity. Choices included eggs, bacon, sauteed potatoes, waffles, fresh fruit, and a variety of juices.

Bathroom outlets did not work. Coffee maker did not work.

The room was generally clean and the bed comfortable, however the carpet could use a professional cleaning. The bottom of my white socks got pretty dirty so I kept my slippers on after the first night. There is a vast channel selection for watching tv. I also like that there is a no smoking policy. I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Greenville, NC & the hallways and elevator often smelled like weed and the bathroom was not as nice.

The breakfast could be improved upon. Apples were the only fresh fruit available & my waffle that I made was a not fully cooked thoughout. The hot items remained the same daily, scrambled eggs and potatoes. The only thing that changed was either bacon or sausage. There was not much to choose from otherwise. No bagels or english muffins, & only 1 type of bread & no peanut butter. I did like that they had the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches available.

The water was never hot in the bathroom and the pull out bed had a dead roach in it
