no carpet had nice tile, thank goodness cause I hate those nasty carpets. Pet friendly, staff are nice.

Told only coffee in the morning, no breakfast - even though the website said cereal/muffins. Very noisy, could be cause it is right off interstate but the walls are thin. Nothing extra, no decorations, curtains to small for window so the lights shines in and the sun was very bright. Beds not comfortable.

Comfortable room and bed. Staff friendly and polite. Variety of places to eat nearby.

Very loud. Could hear everything in nearby rooms. Also could hear traffic outside. No coffee in room. Had to go to lobby.

The location of the hotel was conveniently located off the interstate.

The bath towels were thin and one was slightly stained. The bed pillows were cheap and worn and the thin comforter had a cigarette burn.

Location is not in a very good part of Kingsport, was what seemed like a party going on in the corner of the parking lot when we arrived with 10-15 individuals being loud, playing loud music. When I went in to check in the lady was setting in the main room eating and seemed very agitated that I bothered her to check in. Granted it was around 10pm so it was a later than normal check in but from the get go I didn't feel welcomed. We got our key went up to the room and there was a small stain on one of the beds, I've never been one to complain so we stripped the bed sheet off and placed another clean sheet down. The shower non slip mat was coming up on the end and had lasting water from the previous people who showered in it and what looked like some type of mold or something slightly growing under, overall was not very pleased with the experience and will shop around if there is a need to stay in the area again.

The bed was very comfortable slept very good. No problems there. But just a few concerns. The toilet could be updated to today,not 1980s. Very small and no water pressure. Had an issue at 12 midnight as I was getting ready to go to sleep. Had to take an extra 20 minutes to fix toilet issues. And at the same time the front desk doors are locked after 11pm. Couldn't get a cold drink until after 6am. Aggravating. Over all it was fine but will probably look elsewhere next time.

Location was about 10 to 20 minutes in every way from somethin to do.

Construction work going on at all time throughout the evening. House keeping only came 3 days, when asking for towels front desk complained out house keeping is bad. Out of 2 dryers and 2 washers only 1 of each worked. Where people were living in the hotel you couldn't barely use the washer and dryer. The refrigerator was broken on the inside so when opening the stuff would fall out. Parking lot so small if you dont park early that evening you may have to park at arbys and hope you car dont get towed. If your curtain was open people would stop by and stare through your window. When house keeping clean they left behind their black footprints in the room.
