Nice hotel and convenient location.

Room seemed to have had some renovations, but there were holes not patched in the walls and areas that needed paint. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. I went for coffee at 9:45 am. There was coffee but no breakfast left. Not sure what time it was over.

The hallway floors desperately need the carpet cleaned or floor replaced, I was not impressed at first, thank goodness our room was clean. No carpet in the room, lvp flooring.

We had to move rooms for their was stains on the sheets and blankets and Tv cable wasn't in the wall and the pillows case where stained. I didn't get to my room until late and they didn't let me know the pool was down. The hall ways where horrible and the room was not clean. We did get moved but room was still not the cleanest and still questionable stains. It was too late and I was too tired to do anything else. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you are only using it for a couple of hours to get your glove on. For that is what looked like was going on there. There was no breakfast that even look like you wanted to take the time to eat it. No one was keeping on top of that.

everything could have been better. left what I wanted to say in the box above. Not happy that I found this place online and it didn't tell you the pool was under construction and the people where not accommodating with me about not wanting to say if there wasn't a pool to swim in and they made sure to tell me I would loss my money if I didn't stay the one night.

The check-in staff was nice. She made fresh coffee. As we went to our room and opened the door, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but the A/C was struggling to keep the room cool. I loved the fact our room was on the bottom floor and right at the front hall. The morning/breakfast staff was amazing. Good choice of food.

1) The lady that checked us in was new and didn't know the prices of the ice creams, so she just charged me the highest price listed for what I got. I got 2 cups of ice cream and it cost me $16.65. Yes I paid for them I had already opened it. 2) The A/C in room 114 didn't cool very well and the toilet needs tightening down. 3) After 10:30pm I had to ask the front desk to tell the kids to stop running in the hall. The about 12:15am, 1:20am, 2:12am and the at last they stopped and the ones upstairs started.........OMGoodness!

Location

Room was nasty. Vent fan in the bathroom sounded like a 40 year old diesel tractor. Holes in the wall, roaches, smelled of mold and mildew.

The breakfast was good and location was good.

The place was under remodel. Furniture cluttered up the hall ways. The room had a bad oder. They gave us some deodorizing spray to spray the room. It helped. We were visiting family and being a Friday night we did not try to find another place. They changed the type of locks on the room doors while we were gone on our second night. We had to go down to the lobby and get a new key. The morning we were leaving they were sanding Sheetrock patches at the front door. We had to carry our luggage out the side door. Also there were small roaches in the bathroom. There should be some notification about the remodel and a discount on the price. We paid $281 for two nights.
