Location was great for our stay and we picked this Inn due to fact it doesn't allow pets or smoking! Room was clean and a nice breakfast with waffles, eggs, etc.

when we booked the price went from 256.00 to 273.00 paid it but not sure why price went up because it said with taxes would be 256.00.price was quoted on booking.

Top floor had the best view, but also have the hot tubs!!! The hotel is right on the strip, so everything is close by. The staff was super nice and helpful.

Clean the hot tubs, or clean them better. I had to clean it myself since it had a filth ring around it. That was very concerning……I did have a kind envelope saying Aaron was my cleaner. Everything else looked clean but since the hot tub looked sketchy I re-cleaned everything else.

It was cheap for the night but you get what you paid for. They did have breakfast for in the morning. It was okay.

The place smelled like cigarettes even though it says no smoking every where you turn. The beds was not that comfortable and it was so hot in our room even with the air all the way down.

The room was very clean and the motel is quiet. Nice view from the balcony. The breakfast was good with several items to pick from.

This was our 3rd stay here. This was the first time that I’ve had to pay a $150 damage deposit. There was nothing mentioned during the booking procedure from Booking.com nor in the motel policy that a deposit (refundable) would be required. It would’ve been nice to have been made aware of it in advance. The staff at the front desk weren’t very pleasant. Not rude, but could definitely be more friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast was not that good tried the eggs and sausage patty could not eat it !!! Food needs to be upgraded alot I know there is no extra charge but...Come on !!!

On the 4 th floor the hall carpet is damaged and is bunching up. Tripped several times.

This place was a great value with a great location. This is an an older property but has been remodeled and the rooms look good and modern. Breakfast had decent variety of options and added to the value of the property.

The rooms did have a few older things like old a/c heater and a small shower that were a little inconvenient. Also one elevator was difficult sometimes to get especially in the morning times.

We were so pleased with our stay, breakfast was amazing, great selection of food, the best waffles we have ever eaten. We ended up bringing our grandchildren, so we were upgraded to a family suite which was perfect! Our trip was to visit Dollywood, so we were only about 15 minutes away! We will definitely be back!

Facility in general is outdated and run down. They ask for a 300.00 incidental payment and basically said it is for if we steal anything! There is nothing in room to steL. Very sparse furnishings, no pictures, etc.
