That I had dentures before my stay.

My dentures were thrown away during housekeeping.

I do not like a 100.00 hold placed on my credit card for incidentals. Seems completely unnecessary.

staff were nice. rooms were nice.

walls were very thin, the people next door TV was really loud and could be heard until 1:00am. Probably a safety issue but the fire doors were prop open with a wedge, even though there’s a sign saying to keep fire door close.

convenient to our concert destination

room wasn’t ready…was supposed to have accessible room and did not. Quite a long walk to room for my husband who is disabled

Nothing. I checked out the next day.

Dark Brown doors with dark brown carpet made the hallway look spooky. It wasn’t near anything to walk to. The mattress in my room needed to be replaced (huge dent).

Staff at check in was friendly and exceptional.

The housekeepers wouldn’t stop trying to get into the room to clean despite the “Do Not Disturb” on the handle and me telling her Not now” this happened on the first night. Next morning, same thing, different housekeeper, and she kept trying to get in despite my best efforts and telling her I was on the toilet. Beyond annoying.

Easy room access

The staff were great, the room was smaller than what we were used to but fine. The breakfast was good. We were satisfied with our stay.

It was in great location to hospital.

My door wouldn't close all the way. Maybe due to screws not being tight enough on the doors. Not a good breakfast selection but worked fine for my kids.

It was a wonderful stay except for one thing which I will mention below. The room was wonderful. The bed was great. The shower was great. The toilet had the slow falling seat. The staff was super friendly. I forgot my phone charger square, and the staff offered theirs for the night. That was incredible.

Holding $100.00 for incidentals for up to 5 days is outrageous. I don't know how I am going to incur incidentals when I am not even there. In other words, they get to use my, and every other guests', money for up to days. When you add that up, it's pretty significant.
