Lovely facility, great breakfast.

Rate games. Called direct same day at 5PM for queen availability. Desk person stated no avails, only one room avail A King at their highest rate ($50 over std King rate.) Instantly went on Booking.com and found queen at standard rate. Perhaps desk staff work on commission? Recent check shows no availability on Booking when their website shows multiple rooms avail. Note: Rate quotes do not include significant county tourist tax + Bishop city tax added to all rates.

The breakfast was excellent.

No coffee or light breakfast snack offered free in lobby. You must buy breakfast and it's later and you can't even get a cup of coffee or tea unless you use machine in room. SO! If other person is sleeping then the person who got up would have to turn on lights or open drapes and wake the one sleeping. Rediculous set up. No kind of snack or beverage in lobby. How stingy for the price they charge. Also! They lied to us on the phone about the room they would give us. We were suppoed to be on the first floor not far from the lobby are but were upstairs WAAAY down in the back. I have a plate in my leg and screws in my ankle andmy husband has hear valve problems and they ended up making us go up in the elevator THEN walking forever to get to ur room which was way in the back. SO VERY DISAPPOINTING! We had stayed there previously and were more physically able then to make the walk. This time I asked about a closer room and was told it would happen. NOT!
