In Bishop, close to the Sierra. Front desk was polite.
Stayed here for three nights on august 15-18. Someone stole my iphone charger from the top pocket of my backpack on the second day while we were out. Cleaner was named Charmarie as indicated by the enveloppe left on the table that day. I am not accusing the cleaner personally as it could have been any staff having a key to the room. Kind of a strange thing to steal, but highly annoying as I now have to order a new (costly) apple charger. Hopefully the thief reads this cause karma will come back for you for this petty theft. Besides that, hotel is old, dirty, unkept, falling apart even though price is high. Seems kind of greedy of the owner pocketing so much and not investing back in their property. Staff was polite.

It was a separate location near Main street of Bishop.
Checking in at motel location and driving to room location late at night with kids in car.

It was a little off the main drag, so it was very quiet. There was a little grassy area with a bbq and tables for the guests’ use. The room was equipped with a little kitchen area with counter seating, small appliances, and dishware. The property is close to restaurants and shopping.
The shower was a little on the narrow side.

He room was dirty. Was only provided with one coffee and one set of towels. Lights did not work with switches. We stay a few years back and love this quint hotel. No longer on our list of preferred hotels

Was clean ,quiet had coffee machine an fridge plenty of towels an heater worked great.
There was a lot of snow piled up in front of the room so I had to go walk thru it, which was fine in the afternoon , however when I left in the morning it was icy an I slipped getting to my car. Could have been shoveled better. That was the only issue an I will stay there again .

The ants was in the kitchen and bed, no any clean and change towels service. The Sheets is dirty and old.
The kitchen stuff are all very old and dirty, can’t be use it at all.

beds comfortable and shower excellent
We paid extra to have a kitchen, but it was only a small kitchenette with microwave and fridge and no stove. It was also poorly equipped with only one coffee mug, a couple of bowls and a couple of plastic forks.

This is the place to stay when you're traveling throught to las vegas.
Its cozy, its nice and warm, its clean, the wood creaks a bit giving it so mich loving character, thanks for the room, Jenny!
I didnt try the other hotels in the surrounding area, but knowing trees motel is still there, i wouldnt bother trying a different one.
Try trees motel for sure!
It wasnt clear to us if there was any breakfast, but we didnt ask as well so thats that :)

Was clean, had plenty of space, plenty of areas outside to hangout. Cozy
The floors were separating In some spots having a gap between them, found myself and children having to wear socks to prevent our toes from getting caught in them. But overall was minor.

This exceeded our expectations and we would consider staying at the Trees Motel again. It is two short blocks from Main Street and within walking of most everything important to us - good restaurants and the park. The unit we rented was a newly converted 1-bd apartment. It was clean, had 4 double beds, and a kitchenette. There was good communication with the motel staff and they offered great advice on places to dine. The motel is also pet friendly.
There wasn't anything I did not like about the Trees Motel. It is a bit unusual for the motel lobby to be blocks from where we actually stayed. However, I liked the fact we were isolated from other guests and had plenty of peace and quiet.

The small kitchen that was part of the room was neat and tidy and had a nice stove and working refrigerator that made my stay great. The AC of the room was a God send and kept the room quite comfy when it was turned on.
Check in and out was simple and the staff was friendly.
The Wifi where my room was located was a bit slow, but this is really not their fault as I know that blazing internet in this town in not really a thing.

clean room, 3 beds, which was good for our family of 5. i appreciated the small shampoos and soaps. made me feel welcome.

we had a warm greeting when we arrived to get our keys. we were given perfect instructions on how to get to a fishing spot we wanted to go to . this location was also close to all we wanted to do.
sadly the room was not very clean. for example walking barefoot on the floor our feet were dirty from how dirty the floor is, there are dead bugs on the ceiling in the bathroom, the bathroom window did not have a screen, we took our own trash out daily, daily cleaning or towel exchange did not happen. fortunately we had our own towels. the lamp between the beds did not work, the electrical sockets did not provide a secure connection it was loose. the beds were squeaky and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. we ended up leaving a day early.

It was off the main drag of town so not much traffic noise.Did not have breakfast, not offered.
The walls are very thin and you can hear adjoining room TV. Also people from next door talked loudly in front of our room late at night. They now charge for pets, but that is after you pay Booking com. Microwave barely heated coffee, poor lighting for reading in bed. Not mandating masks.
