The location was on a hill overlooking the Jayhawk campus. Nice views

When you pull up to the building it really makes a statement, it goes down hill from there. Walking in the lobby the benches/ chairs really showed their wear and tear not a good first impression. The smell of wet/molded carpet? was lingering in the air when we checked in. Room was very sterile no carpeting, minimal decorations. Not a very welcoming/homey feel. Roof top bar closed, but we were still able to go up and enjoy the views which were fabulous. Restaurant only had 1 waiter, he was doing his best but not the best service and a shame you have to walk by a lot of dirty tables because he could not wait , serve and bus tables all by himself. the final straw was we could not get hot water to our sink to wash our faces? Hot water ran to shower but not sink? Disappointed had higher hopes.

they entered our reservation incorrectly mixing up first and last name, and couldn’t find the reservation. I had to call booking.com. Then they had to call the front desk. It made for a long check in. And the heat did not work so we had to move rooms mid stay

location to KU campus, clean overall.

service, access to breakfast, and overall service at the restaurant was horrible.

I wish they had a desk to do my school assignments because this was too close to the t.v. More space available if the price is that much

Room was clean, bathroom, just okay. Nothing extra in room. No chairs, desk, coffee maker, very basic

No hair dryer in room, front desk never answered phone, bed, very low to ground, refrigerator did not work. Restaurant closed early, service poor and VERY slow even though not very busy. Bar closed before 10:00 pm, EVEN ON NEW YEARS EVE!

What breakfast? There was no information in the room about anything this hotel offered. The ease of parking ourselves was nice. You paid a price for that. The barista in the coffee area was nice.

The room needed to be swept. The pillowcases had dark patches that were not part of any decoration. No place to recharge your gadgets. Two small lights in the room. Very dark. No information on what amenities we’re currently being offered. Very disappointed.

Location on campus is great.

The place is old-style and feels like a dungeon. The rooms didn't have any water or even a water cup. I had to go to the bar and buy a bottle of water to have something to drink.
