The rooms were very out dated wreaked of urine when we arrived the window was wide open and the room was leveled with the street so anyone could have gotten into the room our other room wreaked of urine too we checked the other rooms window and it was locked but when we returned we checked the windows and the other rooms window was unlocked and we had checked before we left and it was locked we felt very unsafe and checked out .I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

The front desk agent was nice and welcoming.

The website said the pool is open and once we arrived to the hotel, we found out it is closed for repair.

Night management was very professional and understanding.

We had to move two three different rooms before they found us a room where everything worked. Wouldn't recommend the breakfast.

We arrived there. The room is dirty the sheets were dirty we had to be moved to another room. The second room was a little better, but it still wasn’t very clean. The refrigerator was dirty sheets looked stained. It was like pulling teeth trying to get any fresh towels or toilet paper. The breakfast was a joke they didn’t have anything for breakfast except for toast. Be very wary. You pay for what you get. I suppose spend a little bit more money.

Easy on and off the freeway. Close to restaurants and shopping. Very comfortable bed and great TV selections. The room AC/ Heater worked great.

There is no elevator, the sink in the bathroom drained very slowly and the refrigerator would not get cold. The cleaning crew also did not clean the microwave. There were food crumbs when we went to use it. There was an iron but no ironing board.

The bed was hard couldn't sleep in it.

toilet did not flush. cigar burns in recliner. phone did not work. no Kleenex in bathroom and coffee pot and blanket missing from room.

I noticed that a couple of the electric outlets didn’t work in my room.

I loved the set up of the room and the bed was very nice

there were live and dead cockroaches all over the room. dead roach inside the fridge. feces on the front of the toilet

Very friendly staff, clean room and comfy bed.

I had to change my room three times because each time the window either wouldn't lock or was coming out of the frame, making for an unsafe stay if you are traveling alone. Each time, I walked in the room and witness the curtain open with the window opened slightly. I tried to close it and that is when I realized the broken/not locking window.

The floor was absoutely dirty and the beds were very uncomfortable. 3 of the pillows didn't even have pillowcases. There were 2 towels for 4 people. The free breakfast was bare minimum
