only thing was the elevator did not work so had to carry all our stuff up several flights of stairs.

The property is in a great location, beautiful scenery. The staff is amazing, they are pleasant and welcoming to guests and the rooms were clean. It is really close to Mesilla, definitely need to visit the shops in the historic plaza!

I hated to leave, mountain view is gorgeous!

This was a great value with the dinner and breakfast included. The staff was super friendly and the location was great. There is some road noise from the freeway but other than that... perfect.

Food and drinks

Charged the wrong card after confirming at desk and calling . Over 270 dollars was charged on incorrect card leaving us stranded without gas money. Was told incidentals was refunded right away to help with that but 12 hours later it’s still unavailable . Was told my refund would have to go through a process and it would take 10 business days. Absolutely unacceptable. Also checked out at desk and when I called later that day they had not checked us out.

Staff was great. Check in was easy and fast. Food was good. Plenty of parking. Hot tub was fantastic!

The bed wasn't as soft as I would like, but it was still comfortable and I had a good night's rest.

Clean and pretty facility. Elevator worked well. Comfy beds & lots of pillow choices. a/c worked well, shower had hot water & great pressure. Kickback is a great idea. Overslept so just had coffee, but the breakfast room is spacious & clean. Parking was plentiful & the staff was really nice! No issue finding trolly to carry suitcases.

There was a terrible mosquito problem. I was bitten walking in, then when I got to my room 208 I immediately killed 2 mosquitos in the room. I thought that was it, woke up in the morning with 12 bites on my ankles & 6 bites on my arms & a bite on my shoulder. The Internet was spotty & I had to keep installing wifi. Toilet paper and kleenex were rough & it was uncomfy (some of the worse TP I have experienced). Train does go thru once a night, but it wasn’t terrible…unless you are a light sleeper, honestly it didn’t bother me.
