Ruth the manager was so nice and accommodating, went out of her way to fulfill our requests.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hillcrest Inn in Seaside, Oregon. Ashley, who checked me in, is absolutely the best! She welcomed me and my friends (who were visiting from England) upon check-in, provided information on courtesy snacks, coffee, etc. and games/videos available from the office. Guests also receive local discounts at nearby restaurants (Ashley recommended the Gelato place which we went to -- amazing!!). My room was clean and comfortable, and the King size bed was like a pillow! Located on a quiet street, access to the local mall downtown, and a short walk to the beach are other great benefits for staying here. I had to return to Portland the next day, but Ashley thanked me for the hotel stay (she's the best!)

Everything was GREAT!! It was a perfect get-away for me and my friends during our stay in Seaside.

A hidden gem! Very friendly staff, clean & quaint and only a couple blocks from the beach. It’s an older hotel but for me it had everything I needed at an unbeatable price!

Neat, clean - good night sleep in a good location. Pastry in the morning was a nice extra - delicious.

they are friendly. we had requested ground floor. we got one and the door was to tight so the next day they had us move to the room next door. which was nice

The women working in the office was super nice! The cottage was big and had a real fireplace. There are board games and DVDs to borrow. Central location.

There was not enough warm blankets on the beds.

I liked that the Inn was so accessible to the beach, dinning and the shops. The walking around was very pleasant. The Inn staff was great. Ruth was so very friendly and helpful. We will be coming again to stay.

The ice machine on the property was not working. That was our only issue is we had to go find ice.

Pictures on booking.com were from years ago! Very run-down. Beds only had one sheet and one thin blanket on each. Was 0 degrees celsius and no heat in suite. Looked at washer and dryer area - was rusty and dirty. Ice machine broken. Vending machine old. Horrible place. Would never stay nor recommend

We loved the Hillcrest Inn! The staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly. They were always ready at a moment's notice to help with anything we needed. The location and the room, itself, were amazing!

Snacks will cheer you up! Staff are most kind. You’ll have it all, if they have it. Ask for room on top floor. Free parking is a bonus. Room #215 that we stayed in (is not top floor) has a lot of water pressure in the shower! It almost blows me out of the tub 💦😀The bed is good, didn’t see any springs and didn’t feel any in my back. Yah, it was clean and didn’t stink like an old place. Seriously appreciate THAT! Location is great. Right in the heart of things, shops and beach. Beach is awesome! A tone of space for everyone! Would come and stay again!

The room was clean and stocked well. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The beds were uncomfortable. The noise well past 10pm curfew was horrendous. Paper thin walls. None of us got any sleep because of this. We own a timeshare, but decided to take a spontaneous overnight trip. This was a place we stayed 20 years ago. Stayed for nostalgia, but most definitely won't go back.

Close to the beach and to town. I liked being able to bring both my dogs.

I love the location for the price the most. It is a very cute and cozy place to stay and it is walking distance from the beach AND the main part of town. Very friendly people, they don't disturb you if you don't need anything but are always willing to provide whatever you need if you request it. I have stayed here multiple times in the regular rooms and once in the bigger house/suite rooms. All of them very comfortable and cute.

There isn't much I don't like. The ice machine made me a little nervous but I used it anyway.

Very friendly we have a new dog and they were very understanding with her.
