I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the only good thing about my stay was the bed. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. However, everything else about the hotel was disappointing. The staff was not friendly or helpful, and they seemed disinterested in providing good customer service. The ‘ included breakfast’ was mediocre, with limited options and low-quality food. a few muffins and cereal bars. Overall, my experience at this hotel was not great. While the bed was comfortable, everything else about the hotel was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise others to look for alternative options.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the other reviews were correct. The front desk staff was unable to check me in promptly, and the key card they gave me didn't work. After several attempts, I had to go back to the front desk to get a new key card. When I finally got to my room, I was hit with a terrible smell of smoke and grease. It was so bad that I had to open the windows to try and air out the room. The pillows uncomfortable, and the sheets were stained. The bathroom was dirty, and the towels were old and worn out. We went to home goods to get pillows. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional $100 for damage deposit, and there were no refunds. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that the hotel was fully booked, and there were no other rooms available. Overall, my experience at this hotel was terrible. The staff was unhelpful, the room was dirty and smelled bad, and the additional charge was unexpected and unfair. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise others to stay away.

it’s disgusting from the moment you drive in to the parking lot. literally cars that have broken down and left there, trash and cigarette butts cover the parking lot.

Breakfast was terrible , its a joke to call it that, a single granola bar sitting on a counter? and a coffee pot , I dont drink coffee where is my drink? Window was open and broken, Pillows terrible, did not have a clean feeling at all

First room we were in hadn’t even been cleaned by room service from the people who stayed before. Beds were very uncomfortable. We had to request plates (paper) and other things to be able to use the kitchen. No room Service during your stay. I may have missed that part in the description. But don’t recall seeing it.

Location was ok although it's hidden between 2 big hotels. Kitchen was nice and convenient.

My room was double booked so I ended up on 3rd floor. Not convenient when healing from a broken ankle. Saw baby roaches. Disgusting. Room 335. There was never coffee or breakfast as promised. A pack of oatmeal...ok. not even bowls or spoons. The lady working was never at front desk. Had to wait constantly for help. And most of all, I work nites and got back with melted red candle wax on the sink counter. Someone was in my room when I was gone. I debated staying until I knew my privacy was gone.

the day shift girls were wonderful.

the night shift worker. she was on her phone out of site. I have to call out for her to know I was at the front desk. cause I wanted two additional pillows. she was kind of rude about it.

It was a easy drive from the hotel to Lucas oil for monster jam that was nice and both of the front desk employees I had to deal with were super nice and made it easy

My room wasn't cleaned very well stuff under the beds old food under the nightstand and dresser and one of my wall outlets was just hanging out of the wall
