The A/C in the room made a funny sound like rapid breathing thru the night.

Staff was awesome but facility was Shabby. Towels were stained and furniture was gross. Stairwells dirty and carpet worn. Signs said under renovation but price not reflected.

the room was clean and comfortable and the pool was nice and cold! It was very very hot outside so that was refreshing!

I tried to use the whirlpool and the knob was missing so I texted for assistance and got a text saying someone would contact me and or come to assist me but nobody showed up.

Room had a funky smell. Bath wouldn't hold water, so we took showers.

Our 1st room had a musty smell with a dirty carpet and the TV didn't work. The girl working that evening was great and moved us to a room that was much better and had new carpet. When I was checking out I mentioned the 1st room and there was no response to say how sorry they were for the inconvenience. I asked for a paper receipt and it couldn't be printed so it was to be emailed. That never happened. I prefer places that value customer service.

The staff at the check in counter were incredibly friendly!

The AC unit in our room did not work properly. The room was not cleaned well (there was standing soap bar residue in the shower from where the previous people had left it, more than a noticeable amount. And a few hairs under our bed pillows and the end of the bed between the comforter and sheets. The mirrors were also very dirty but before finding the rest I assumed that easily could've been overlooked.) we also saw bugs both flying around and crawling on the trays of sausage and pans of eggs they were waiting to heat up for breakfast that morning.

We liked the room size and evening desk staff who were friendly and helpful. The location was great and we enjoyed an evening meal at the restaurant nearby.

The furniture was dirty from years of wear, and breakfast was dismal. Yogurt had gnats in it and was not refrigerated. The egg omelets were similar to eating a yellow piece of plastic. There was also no tea to go with the hot water, but waffles were good!

Bugs in room, stains all over carpet, stains on bed, trash and crumbs under mattress, dingy discolored sheets, and over all cleanliness left room for improvement. The breakfast was barely warmed up “chorizo” like pizza topping chunks, frozen or powdered eggs and mediocre tortillas. Sub par at best.

Clean with a comfortable bed. Also a nice seating area to watch the TV. The extra space really makes these hotels the best places to stay.

The coffee area should always be well stocked. My wife was unhappy with the coffee creamer selection and the coffee was just warm.

Owner was very friendly at breakfast, which was fantastic, visited with us

There was absolutely nothing about this hotel that was good. Not only did they put us in a dirty room, they had absolutely no bedding for our room. The bedding in the room was clearly dirty and then they couldn't even provide bedding for our pull out couch. We then had to spend more money to buy some blankets for our stay.

And as if things couldn't have gotten worse....they double charged our stay and then blamed it on the bank holding funds. The room fees were already removed from our account. We then see another charge pending for almost $350. Staff was not helpful in resolving ANY of the number of issues we had. Never again will we use this hotel. I'd rather sleep in a tent.

The breakfast was good.

The air conditioner was extremely loud. Loud enough to wake you up when it came on. The thermostat wasn't working well, since we had to set it at 64 degrees to come on.

I had reserved a king suite. When I got to the room, I saw that it had not been cleaned…wet towels in the bathroom, unmade bed. Front desk staff switched me to another room, a queen double.

The room was not totally clean, night stand had glass stains and crumbs and certain pillows had visible stains! On checkout, the staff was overwhelmed and it did not appear that there was any management working to oversee the place, it was chaotic. Also, while waiting for checkout, a certain staff member approached the desk and taunted the worker behind the desk, stating,"you are new here, you gotta figure this *** out". Wow, I'll never stay here again.
