The facility was very clean, as always.

Sink did not drain. There was very little water pressure, and the water was tainted for a period of time. We tried to contact the front desk, and the phone in the room was missing the plug-in cord. We called the front desk 4 times, and Jacob hung up on us. I went down to the front desk to ask for a maintenence person or manager, and Jacob said there was know one on duty. Jacob also said he would not talk to me, because of my tone. In fact Jacob threatened to call the police if I did not leave. At no time did I raise my voice or threaten him in any way. I merely requested a maintenance person to fix the problem. We stay at this hotel twice a year and have never had a problem. We will never stay there again. The entire situation could have been resolved by a competent employee.

The property was amazing! Very clean! The lobby has lots of options for drinks, snacks, and the business center along with the restaurant and great pool with hot tub. The rooms are great, lots of space & very well taken care of.

We were excited for breakfast, and the receptionist we bought vouchers from told us that we would be able to order from the menu and we were so excited, but it ended up being a buffet - we just would have liked to know it was a buffet and not the menu breakfast, was disappointing. The shower was also very slippery, be careful!

Good location, quiet and clean, the staff was friendly and prompt when approaching the counter.

Great accommodations for the price! A little surprised you had $7.00 per person if u wanted breakfast. I assumed itvwas included with the price of hotel room. That's a deciding factor to many people travelling on a budget.

Take out breakfast charge. Add it to the room cost if need be but I gaurantee you it makes people book elsewhere if there's no free breakfast.

Bring back the coffee pots in the rooms! who wants to dress just to go downstairs to get coffee
