Felt more like a apartment vs. hotel

I was extremely disappointed. It was dirty, really run down, ghetto. The place was in awful disrepair, with trash everywhere. Horribly misrepresented .

They Will Not refund my $330.15 even though we didn't stay due to ghetto conditions of the hotel. There should be a Reserve at your own Risk warning. It's a scam for unwary traveller's. The Hawthorne

drugs being sold and done in parking lot, vehicles being broken into. I was scared all night and watched the doors and checked out next day! Should not be labeled by Wyndham. run down place

I love the location. I love the size of the room & that there is a separate shower/toilet from the sink and mirror. I love that there is a full working kitchen with a full fridge. I like the size of the tv and that there is a couch with a living room area. Plenty of space if you are travelling with family. I did not see any dead insects or rodents.

The place must be under new management. I have always used this hotel except for the past year. It was disgustingly dingy and dirty. it was obvious there has not been a thorough deep clean in quite some time. There was stains and handprints on the walls and doors. The floor had stains that could be gotten up with a good scrub. the bathroom look too dirty to clean myself in. The couch was soooo over used, sunken in, stain ridden, and CRUNCHY (omgggg! yes CRUNCHY). I wouldn't let an animal be on that. There was trash all around the property. At night there was a man circling the property, on foot. It was super creepy but after awhile I assumed he was supposed to be security but no uniform or anything. Sketchy. The door lock was missing from the door. The kitchen used to have materials to cook and clean but there is nothing anymore. Not even trash bags or paper towels. Doors on the closet were closed. There was a sign saying there were extra linens in the closet but there were not.

Window was broken, garbage all over the ground, it's an apartment complex and a hotel in one, kids that lives there put rocks in the pool and they had to close it, laundry was never available, noise from upstairs went on till after 2 am when I called he said there was nothing he could do cause they live there.

The swimming pool wasn't open. There was no basketball Goal. Bathroom was making a horrible noise. Kids were running all over the place

hidden fees they charged me 3 different times 1. was for the room 2. was for the deposit 3. was the amount of 15.36 that was the hidden fee don’t know why they said it was a refund but never seen it I had 460 dollars in my account and they made it go into the negative they better return that money

Property is located on major roadway with east highway access.

The property is in terrible need of maintenance to all buildings. it is worn down and outdated. There are a lot of families living on the property and there were a large number of children running around the property unsupervised. There was mold growing on the ceiling of the shower.

They got me in and out pretty fast. I liked that we had a suite room. Very spacious and peaceful
