the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. welfare recipients , bathtub peeling, cigarette holes everywhere, door handles held with tape. this hotel should be shut down

The bath tub did not drain, the tv only got one channel with no remote to operate it, blow dryer broken, missing tiles, stains on carpet, and poor customer service.

The bugs in the room

Bed was comfy enough. Shower had nice temp and water pressure. And big big props to the housekeeper! We accidentally left something behind in our room and they kept it safe for us, even though the front desk staff was really rude about it.

We booked a non-smoking room with breakfast but got a smoking room and no breakfast. Besides the smoke smell, there was black mold in the bathroom that made me afraid to breathe. The heater was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep, though every time the super loud fridge clicked on that woke me up as well. Front desk staff was rude and acted like they had given up on life. When our smoke detector battery died, both people working there told me they had no idea what I expected them to do about it. Their only suggestion was that we unplug the smoke detector. Then it stayed that way, because why would they possibly replace the battery the next day. Our comforter and toilet seat were covered in cigarette burns from previous customers so I guess fire isn't a huge concern for them.

Roaches..mice fiecies....pubic hair found on sheets. Drug addicts and homeless people living their. Shady characters heavy police presence. Rude man when we checked in but his wife finally came out and calmed things down as we had our reservation for 2 years. Major attitude as I called in advance to let them know we would arrive late and I guess we woke him up. Couldn't find our reservation made us feel like we did him a favor. Really disappointed in booking.com for even having them as a recommendation. Should be taken off.

Had fridge and microwave. I did like there was a table with two chairs.

When we arrived the gentleman said our room was not available because the people didn’t leave. Why is it advertised?? We had king, smoking room with breakfast included. He said he would give us 2 queen smoking got no extra charge, lol. Long story short we got a king bed non smoking. The bathroom ceiling had mold on it, air conditioner leaked in front of the unit , the bed was terribly uncomfortable! Dirt around the baseboards not what I expect for a 4.6 star rating through booking.com. Oh and there was no breakfast!! Very disappointed😡

Comfortable bed Pet Friendly. Soft towels . Parking right in front of room door . Convince to shops . Friendly staff. Spacious room. Fast cooling AC. Etc etc etc

Owner was very nice! Room was tidy and clean, nice A/C, good location, quiet rooms, nice bathrooms, comfy beds. All good! Namaste

The staff was very friendly.

Information during booking stated that rates included breakfast, but it was not being served, and the rate was not adjusted. Also, the entire room was in need of repair. There were holes in the duvets and curtains. The shower felt like I was being pelted with a fire hose, the toilet seat was falling apart, and there were pine needles coming through the ceiling.

Newly renovated, spacious room, and new furniture.

No breakfast. Given Covid, hotel doesn’t provide breakfast at all. I expect at least grab and go as it is said free breakfast when.I booked the hotel. Check in counter should improve to look more professional. Overall, it is worth for the price you pay.

Extremely quiet and comfortable, peaceful place. Rooms are clean. Bed and pillows were great. Rooms have been updated. Staff is very kind and helpful. Perfect location to get food/shopping and convenient to the Isha Institute of Inner Sciences. Will definitely return.
