The rooms and hallway were clean.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights and we were given 2 washcloths and 2 bath towels. I have very long thick hair and asked for another bath towel. I was told it would cost me around $3!!! First of all there were NO hand towels which should be available. No one wants to wipe their mouth or dirty hands on the towel that is used to dry off your clean body. Also, there is a full kitchen there and no towel available for that. I understand that some things are not offered to cut down costs, but towels??? I wasn't taking home your "fancy" white towels, I just wanted to use it. An ice machine should be offered. I've NEVER been to hotel that didn't offer ice.

the room cleanliness wasn’t up to standard. Hair, dirt on floors, microwave door wasn’t clean, refrigerator insulation was coming apart and remote control was extremely dirty. I have several pics but not enough room to post them all

Two things were missing, breakfast and gym.

It was a place to sleep.

There were used flossers in and around the shower, which made me feel like the whole room wasn’t cleaned adequately

It was very quiet and very comfortable. The beds are so soft and the rooms are just excellent! I would definitely stay here than anywhere else!

I wish they had a ice machine!

Kind of had a smell like they just sprayed for bugs. No ironing board/iron. Therefore, I didn't get to wear my wrinkled outfit for my night out. Bed a little uncomfortable.

The room was really clean and set up nicely. Customer service was very nice and helpful. The check-in went smoothly! Had a little trouble getting the push cart when it came time to leave but BIG THANKS TO THE MAINTENANCE MAN who went above and beyond to help me remove my bags! Would definitely refer to my friends!!

Needs more push carts for extended stays. Also wish these doors had those slow close things because they SLAM shut!

the walls are like cardboard. you hear everything coming and going. I was woke up in the middle of the night by doors slamming and some man talking super loudly right by our door. not sure what the policy is on quiet hours or if there even is one but if there is it wasn’t enforced that night. it was awful!

We had broken glass in our bed. Only got 2 towels for 4 day stay and rooms are cleaned after you check out..this place was all they had the weekend in Nashville I can see why..staff was friendly but everything else was garbage
