very out dated, carpet was dirty, beds were horrible, water was brown oily and had a smell.

nothing I never got there I got a message saying that they couldn’t make arrangements for me ahead of time so I went to a another hotel but I got charge for the room any how when your company said that there was no charge for the reservation at that time and even after the message of the hotel not taking my request ahead of time I will dispute the charge with my credit card company if I don’t get my money back soon

the staff were really friendly and the room was clean.

The area where it was Located was a little bit outdated. the bathroom was very small, the tube plug didn’t work, but also the water was brown.

Breakfast was great. We stayed here while our Grandson was being born. we enjoyed our stay with no complications. The breakfast was great and the lady that was there taking care of the kitchen area was awesome. The location was perfect and only 5 minutes from St. Frances hospital. Would stay here again.

Loved the ceiling fan but it could use a little cleaning.

The staff was very nice and courteous. Room was a little out of date but clean.

The water was brown. Didn't like using that for wash or coffee. Coffee machine was very small.

When I arrived to check in, I was told that my debit card would be charged an extra $150 in addition to the charge for the room. When I asked why this was, I was told they change this fee in the event that we smoke in the room. I was told once we check out, if the room has not been smoked in, I would receive the $150 back on my card. I was traveling with two minors. They, nor myself smoke. My card never received the $150 I was owed. I called and was told the room smelled like smoke. I will never stay here and will tell anyone who inquires what happened to me.

Breakfast was great, had a variety of items (eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, fruit, pastries ). Facility employees was great, was willing to help, talked with each guest.

There is nothing that I would say was a dislike about this establishment.
