Very clean and comfy. Food was good as well. I would recommend staying here.

Perfect for business and conferences or an adult get away. Not family friendly. Breakfast offers many options and can be included with the stay as an upgrade. The same with the dinner. The food was surprisingly very good. Avoid mixed drinks and go with wine or beer.
The building and rooms could use an upgrade but overall 8/10 for work meetings and professional gatherings.

Bad customer service. When I arrived there were no one at the desk and when I checked out there wasn’t anyone at the desk. Horrible experience and I will not be staying again

It was a nice room. Qant too pleased with the bartender though; my 2nd time going down, i felt like she was blatantly ignoring me. I patiently stood and waited for her to ask me what i wanted...i even said excuse me in an attempt to get her attention, even though she saw me standing there. So i left. That was my only complaint, really. She didnt seem to friendly at all. Sad

The hotel itself is nice. Our room was right across from the ice machine and was loud and noisy all night and morning. It was not enjoyable and got little sleep.

Staff were amazing and helpful. Hotel is antiquated, and time for a makeover. The elevators are old, the carpet is dirty and the rooms do not even have a refrigerator. The faucets do not work and the shower is either scalding or ice cold. The next business travel this will be a pass.

I loved that it is next to the King of Prussia Mall. The rooms are standard, good sleeping in the beds. It has plenty of space in the lobby to meet, or to work. There is a small shop next to the lobby for very essential food. Overall, good stay.

The room was fine and check in was ok. For the price of the rooms I was shocked that the breakfast was not included in the price like most hotels nowadays. The hall way was dirty and smelly plus there was no ac in the hallways. We stayed 3 nights and asked for clean towels everyday and only got them once. I expected better from the Crown especially at $258.00 per night.

I reserved a King online and at check in, the room wasnt available. Was given a queen bed which was too small for me and my partner. We’re very tall people. Also the room was extremely smelly when we checked in. Smelled of mold or mildew. Had to completely disinfect ourselves before we could unpack and relax.

This hotel is filthy and smelly. From the elevators to the floors and the rooms. The carpeting horrific and extremely filthy. Significant upgrade is much needed in this hotel.

the beds were very comfortable! Forgot a toothbrush and front desk brought me one. The down side is every noise reverberates through the hallway - they require between sound proofing. We heard every door on our floor as our door also shook. The carpets in hall need a deep clean as they look aged and dirty. Rooms were nice but showers need to be re-grouted.
