Missing pots. Utensils missing has to asks for everything that is basic

The staff were awesome. Checked on us to make sure we were good.

Had a coffee filter left in the coffee pot from the last guest

that the pool area was like a sauna for being a indoor pool. I was sweating just watching my kids swim.

The pool was awesome great size and it was heated so it wasn't freezing water. The weight room was awesome size and plenty of items to work with. The lobby was awesome for breakfast and plenty to choose from.

The only thing my kids complained about was the elevator noises.

Breakfast was perfect and the location was wonderful.

Wish the room had a stove in it.

I stayed on the 3rd floor in a king 1br suite. My 2nd to last night someone moved in above me (4th flr) with kids I am assuming as for the next 24 hours it was constant running and jumping, stomping etc... These floors have zero tolerance in regard to people above you you can hear every step! I even cut my stay one day short. Also the outside parking lot had groups of people in trucks and cars blasting the stereo around 1030-11pm. It ended eventually but I was trying to sleep so this and that combined I might not stay here again.

In door pool was good

The people above me was up stomping all night nothing was done I paid 524.36 and don't sleep but maybe 6 hours in 3 days

only being able to get housekeeping if you stayed more then 2 days .. I asked for housekeeping but never got it after my son vomited all over the place

We have stayed at this Home2 Suites by Hilton in Jacksonville, NC multiple times in the past. We love the location to restaurants and stores as well as how close it is to Camp LeJeune.

it’s in a bad location considering Jacksonville is such a small town with nothing to really do

The room was very clean, big, and comfy. Plenty of amenities in room. Also pet friendly. Staff is courteous...

Day 1 cable went out. Day 2 electricity went out, no communication with us. The emergency lights in stair well was out so it was dark or had flash lights. We were on 4th floor. Day 3 door knob wouldn't all allow us to get in room, matinance had to jimmy the handle to let us in our room.

Ok didn't have alot of choices I would eat.

More choices fresh bagels not prepackaged frozen.
