Our room were very close to washing machine.. It was rather noisy all the time..:( At first we thought, that it were workers on the street.. But, after understand, that were washing clothes all the time..

I was refused at the door because my husband use to work there and we were told that if you ever have worked for the hotel you can never stay there again so after 2 weeks of planning i had to find a new place to stay at the last min and to add insult to injury at the next place we stayed at the second morning i was there my service dog was killed by the housekeepers 2 great danes that were off leash!! So if i had stayed there this never would have happened and i am dissapointed in the company that would make such a nasty mean truly stupid rule we are not bad people we just wanted a nice place to stay. I wouldnt dsrken thier doorway ever again after this. I am so hurt. Not that this matters to them or Wyndham.

the location was nice and the bed was comfortable.

the staff is need’s retraining I left a 5 dollar a day tip for house keep after the 5th day I had to leave a note to please vacuum house keeping took the tip and threw away the whole note pad and didn’t vacuum my entire 10 day stay they never cleaned the bathroom I went 2 days without soap being present so I went to target and purchased my own. the guy at the front desk struggles with simple tasks and just grunts and groans about everything. my first day I heard scratching in the wall apparently they have a squirrel problem in the attic! regardless the bed was nice. Also this location was often visited by police for various reasons! one more thing on the booking app it says breakfast included there ideas of breakfast is nutrigrain bars and muffins in plastic!

It was nice and clean. Very quiet. The bathroom was big and roomy, and there was a lot of mirrors.

The staff was rude and rotten, we were late checking out, way later then we planned, but things happen, things come up, we communicated with the house keeper each time she knocked that we were running late but we were getting our stuff together and we'd be out soon, after the 2nd time she knocked the manager came demanding us open the door, even though I was naked and getting dressed, she said she didn't care she wanted the door open right then and there, and then wouldnt let us close the door even after we showed her we were telling the truth, and same older male employee seen me standing there in my bra with a goofy ass smile on his face.

The refrigerator. Didn't work and the shower was just a drizzle
