Friendly staff. When booking online it says breakfast is included in price, however they don't even have breakfast claim due to renovations but looking back years past they have always claimed due to renovations no breakfast as per previous reviews of location.

We should've slept in the car. Filthy place, smells bad, rooms are falling apart.

It was fine considering it was in a small town. We were just there traveling through.

The shower flooded into whole bathroom. There was no slope to drain. When brushing teeth stood in flooded water.

We booked online. When we got to the hotel we were told they were sold out. We drove all day and we’re exhausted. The lady behind the desk was so rude about it!

rude manager totally unhelpful dark area around property no clients at my time of check in thought I was in danger after this I may not use Booking.com because I don’t get Wyndham points and I’ll use walk up booking!!!

the room was clean and the location was convenient.
The man checking us in had the attitude as if he was doing us a favor of letting us stay there. By all indications, the pandemic restrictions and safety measures are lifted, however, there still isn’t any type of breakfast offered.

the front desk guy was nice
the bed was shoved against the wall blocking the a/c unit, opened the fridge and it smelled like rotted food, smelled up the whole room. way too expensive for this bad of a place

Breakfast was awful. The room floor was disgusting and dirty. The bed was so uncomfortable. And the deadbolt did not work.

Check in was hard, the owners did not speek English well. Police meet me a the front door due to the staffs poor English skills. The front door steep was covered in blood. An had not been cleaned up.

front desk was friendly
room was tiny for 4 people. garbage all around steps leading to room. No remote in room. I was given a remote but it didn't work. Asked for help the man was rude to my grandchildren. He came to room but only had 1 channel all night. There were homeless tents across the parking lot, didn't feel safe with my grandchildren there. They did have that side of hotel lit up well, but still made sure vehicle was locked and alarm set. Pool was not open in July.
