There were roaches in my room. Used bar of soap with public hair on it in the shower. Ice bucket had a ring of dirt inside and dog hair..

Staff was very friendly and kind, especially when my card key decided to malfunction twice.

The floors were filthy. The sheets had stains in them. The whole room looked run down and worn/distressed. The bathroom was gross, stains in the toilet and shower. I felt as if it was unsafe to touch the floor with my bare feet and I didn’t even touch the shower. My door lock and key kept malfunctioning with no real reason. The price of my stay was not worth the quality of the room I was in. Only thing good about my stay was how nice the staff was. Only other good thing was that my room had a new vanity.

The room was clean.

The Heater did not work so it was freezing cold all night both nights. The room did not have a microwave or fridge. The staff (manager) did not want to work with me at all about anything, I asked for a refund because we stayed 2 nights and spent around $150 for both nights and I asked for a refund for at least one of the rooms because we got sick from sleeping in a cold room 2 nights in a row.
