We enjoyed our stay! Pool is littler than picture but the 5 kids had a fun time in it!! Internet is spotty so direct tv keeps losing its signal! Could not get it to work all week but we watched our phones!! We enjoyed the ease of check in! Thank you for a great time!!!

Nice home / Perfect location! The home had plenty of room for 6 adults, 1 teen, 2 kids and a dog (king bed and plenty of space in every room). The pool was great (although a bit smaller than we expected) and we took advantage of the option to heat the pool - the kids loved swimming on Christmas break. The kitchen was large and all appliances worked perfectly. A large kitchen table allowed our entire family to eat together daily. The couch appeared to be brand new and the living room area was comfortable. There is also a park for kids/dogs right across the street which was a nice surprise! The house is a 5ish minute walk to the beach but I suggest renting bikes as there is also a running/bike path right across the street. My only (small) complaint was the cleanliness in a couple of areas. When we arrived, we found roach droppings in the kitchen drawers. As well, one of the 3rd floor bedrooms had dust all over dresser and floor as though it had not been used/cleaned in quite some time. Overall, the house was nice and the location is perfect! We’ll be back to visit again.

No pot holders, no tea towels, glassware was very limited, sink has a large crack, disposal was average at best, upon arrival all floors were coated with a white dust. Also, charging $50.00 per day additional to heat the pool is ridiculous! Also, we never received any info from the rental agent regarding access to the house prior to calling one before arrival. Then an email was sent with the code for the house. When we arrived we found out there was no hot water. I called the agent - no call back. Texted the agent - no response. Finally found a number for maintenance and the maintenance lady responded immediately and had someone to the house within an hour. This was our first time to the area. We loved the beach; we enjoyed the house and the 30A area. We simply expected to get what was described in the VRBO listing and are a bit disappointed it was not more like the description.

The couches were disgusting and dirty (either orange and blue marker or paint on the couches and there was bacon in between the cushions, and just so many stains) and we had to put covers over them to sit for our whole week stay. The couches need a deep cleaning. The bathroom on the 2nd floor had a rubber band and mold in the shower, and hair balls on the floor. The property manager did say she would come clean it but our family had already unpacked. It should have been thoroughly clean before we arrived. Internet connection didn't work the first and second day. We had to connect to multiple different routers and then they had to come and replace the router closer to the end of our trip. The walls going up the stairs are all scuffed up and need to be repainted. Location is awesome. Super close to the beach!

Loved this house! Very spacious and well situated on 30a. Property management company was great and very attentive. Had a comfortable and amazing stay. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed this 3 story house. Every room has a king size bed with TV and the own bathroom. We stayed for Thanksgiving and it was a great set up. Would like a bit more seating in the common area and car parking, as it is a house with 5 bedrooms. Our plans included 8 adults and 5 kids and we had 4 cars total. Barefoot 30A (property managers) told us to park our 4th car at the beach access for the week, which I feel like was unreasonable. I was not okay with this so we had to figure out how to squeeze it in. Other than that, we really enjoyed it.

I basically fixed their ac unit on the third floor for free and they were supposed to waive the pool heating fee. I was the one who lost. They should at least return to me 10% of what I paid to make it even since I saved them a HVAC service call and got nothing in return.

This house is beautiful & spacious. Loved the bedrooms with bathrooms for all. The porches and decks were great, too. We would definitely rent this house again !

Good location, nice neighborhood park and house layout perfect for our family..disappointed in lack of cleanliness of floors...everyone's bare feet were black from floors the first day. Also, decks are so pleasant at this house but fans needed on deck with pool. Master bedroom large deck on second floor had no furniture so it could not be enjoyed at all, sadly.

Please note the pool is smaller than you would expect..but the house is very comfortable and plenty of room if you have a large group that wants to spend time at the beach..(walking distance)
