Lack of tissue, not enough towels. Had to ask for a remote control 4 tv.

The Mexican restaurant next door is good! The TV channels are good.
Well, they provide no comforter. Only a thin prison style blanket and two sheets. Got one towel for two guests.

The housekeepers were extremely nice thr rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.
The fact I paid 208$ for 2 nights for my child's birthday to go swimming when to find out the staff wouldn't open the pool up and left my 3 and 5 year old crying especially considering it was the WHOLE reason rented the room because it's the only hotel with a pool in the city of cairo yet failed to tell me it would be closed when checked in instead I was given pool towels and had to find out by walking down to take my kids to find it chained locked when I walked to the desk to ask to open the pool we had already been given our towels by the previous staff she told me "umm it's not open" I asked when will it be she responded "well technically it's not even supposed to be open because they need to replace the motor or something" and literally didn't speak another word as I was trying to comfort my 2 crying children I have always for years rented a room at best Western for the simple fact of family going swimming and was beyond highly disappointed and frustrated when I wasn't informed upon check in I called the 1800 # I feel as if I should be refunded or atleast compensated but I was hung up on after 17 minutes of holding

The included breakfast was was pretty good. The on-site Mexican Restuarant was VERY GOOD.
The neighboring guests were smoking near our door constantly. They were noisy and had a constant stream of folks knocking on our door at night multiple times during our stay. We percieved that they were local long term tenants of some sort.

The size of the room was nice. The location was great. The waffle maker was nice.
The hair in the sink from someone shaving. The breakfast was horrible. Watered down juice, hard eggs, under microwave meat.

It was close to our family. We were attending my aunts funeral in Cairo.
Save your money and stay elsewherei if you can.. The floor was dirty, roach in bathroom, towel rack pulled away from the wall. There was zero toilet paper and only 2 towels left in the room. When i called the front desk I was asked to come to the front desk and get more. Really but ok. We had just arrived back from a funeral service so having to get our own towels and toilet paper from the front desk was not very good customer service. We found an empty dollar general bag in the clothes dresser which tells me no one had cleaned much less checked the drawers. The floor was also "gritty" from the dirt and sticky. One of the attached photos shows a towel with dirt which came from the bathroom floor infront of the toilet. The shelf in the bathroom had a small roach and a small package with some type of white substance on top of a thick layer of dirt. The towel rack was pulled away from the wall as was the toilet roll holder. There were stains on the sheets, hole in the curtains and the bed skirt was ripped. The total room charge was around $140,00 and I would really like to have it refunded to my card. I am not interested in a voucher of any type. I question the last time anyone had fully cleaned it. We also saw ZERO type of COVID cleaning methods even at the breakfast area.I would definitely not recommend your hotel or the Best Western brand to anyone. Please refund my money.

Breakfast was decent.
The police drove around the hotel several times. I could tell there was some possible drug activities. ABSOLUTELY NO HOT TUB AS DESCRIBED ON THE WEBSITE!!!!
