The hotel looks and smells so clean. The room was clea, and the bed were comfortable. The tv in the room brand new with options to add the netflix and others app and feels like home. The staff is helpful and always with a great attitude. Location amaizing closed to food, shopping places and supermarket

The property was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel rooms were spotless. You could smell the cleanliness upon entering the hotel. My second time booking this location and certain to book again during my next stay.

Super, limpio y cómodas habitaciones. Buena ubicación.

1. Un elevador no estaba funcionando y había que cambiar esperar mucho para poder subir. 2. Me quedé en una suite para 5 personas y solo había 3 toallas en la habitación. 3. Pero lo que menos me gustó, fue en el desayuno. Solo estaba una señora que hacía su trabajo lo mejor posible. pero no se daba abasto para atender la cantidad de personas. Debe ser que alguna persona no se presentó a su trabajo esa mañana para servir el desayuno. Es comprensible pero el hotel debería tener un plan B. Ya que muchas gente estaban molestas por la atención pero al final la señora no podía con todo.

Only issue was the sliding bathroom door easily smashed fingers and needs a safety stop. Also a lock would be a good addition.
