Not very clean.

Close to the destination I was there for. Friendly staff. Easy to access from interstate.

No coffee in room. TV stand looked either chewed on or had gotten wet and was warped or lament was pulling away where refrigerator sat.

Parking lot has a lot of tire dips which fill up with water. Hallway carpets need a major cleaning. One light bulb burn out food or something left on floor never got vacuum up.

The pool was clean and open. The beds were clean. The food area was clean

It wasn’t clean at all. Dirt in the hallways blood on one of the doors. The bathroom smelled pretty bad. The jets on the hot tub didn’t really work

Great staff! Very clean and maintained establishment. Highly recommend. Indoor pool and hot tub were amazing even in the winter time.

Gym could use some improvement.

The heater in my room was loud when it would turn on. it kept waking me up.

We chose that hotel because it had a hot tub indoor, but it didn't work. And the breakfast wasn't very good. The gravy was so runny I thought about using it for cereal

I got food poisoning from the breakfast

Hotel was very clean, and bed was comfy. I didn't like the coffee, and the breakfast was "meah". Good news is there was a Waffle House, right down the street!

I booked this hotel because the web site said they had a free airport shuttle. The hotel sent me a confirmaton and said to schedule the airport shuttle 24 hours in advance, which I did. When I called the next day to reconfirm, they told me that since I booked on line, we could not use the shuttle. I told them that was a "bait and switch" tactic and was not happy with it. When I called them again later, they told me that they had cancelled my reservation, but they had not informed me that they did. I had to make a last minute alternate reservation.

Breakfast was good. Just off interstate 29. Restaurant’s close by.
