Condo was great , the bed was really comfortable. Awesome view from the balcony. Would have liked to stay longer. Definitely looking forward to coming back next year. Condo is in a great location to walk to restaurants, bars and Grocery Store.

It was clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It's nice that the resort is directly on the beach.
The window in my room was dirty. I do understand that it is tough to keep clean given the beach environment.
I also didn't like that Ihad to remove the trash before I checked out., To me that is part of the clean up by your staff to make the room ready for the next guest. Given that the resort is directly on a beach the beach access stairs should be repaired immediately as the beach is one of the reasons people want to stay there.

The location and view was amazing. The room was large, bright, and beautifully arranged.
SOME of the staff seemed like they tolerated us bc it's their job and I had a small money issue on the hotels part which was quickly resolved but sketchy.

Just want to give the front desk clerk Noel a special shout-out. We are having some issues trying to extend our trip through booking and Noel did everything she could do to make it happen. You Rock!!!! Everyone needs a Noel in their company.

The bed was horrible!! I had to sleep on the couch. The unit was not clean!! We had to clean the floors and the bathroom. They brought us an eggshell to try and help the bed and it had hair all over it, including what looked like public hair. GROSS!! It has been many years since we stayed there and boy were we disappointed. We are actually owners there but we have traded on RCI for a long time. Will continue to do so!!!

The room was good. However, I thought I had a balcony but our windows just barely cracked open. :(

Friendly staff. Great Location.
AC noisy and old. Kept us up all night. Towels old and thin. Room needs a remodel. Starting to show age.

We liked the location, pool, shuffleboard, grilled lunch and being able to have our grandkids join us for the day.
The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed.
Unfortunately we were right above the dumpster so one of the days was very noisy at 2:30 am and again at 7. The mattress was not great.

Staff was great. Very friendly, helpful and showed they cared. Really worked hard to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. The sound of the ocean was so relaxing. Kept our balacony door open, shut off the A/C and slept to the sound and smell of the ocean.
Oceanview balacony was so relaxing, especiallyin the morning having coffee. Great location, great nature parks and beaches were just what the doctor ordered.
First room was heavily sprayed with some kind of fragrance that made me sick. Thankfully there was a last minute cancelation for top floor Oceanview with balcony that was amazing!

We stayed in a studio, one bedroom with partial ocean view. The room was exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable. Furniture was nice and sofa was comfortable. Staff were exceptionally polite, pleasant and always asked if there was anything they could do for us.
Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable; too hard.
