Room was clean and quiet

Looks like section 8 rooms were at the far end of the building. Not sure what that was about but it was sketchy.

Room outdated and bathtub cracked and dirty. Parking lot looked like a junkyard. Very trashy looking for a $125 a night room.

The rooms were clean, the A/C worked well, and the bathrooms were clean. Could use extra towels but our stay was nice and got what we paid for. This is a no frills motel but its acceptable for the price.

The front office could be better staffed, we had to leave our keys in a drop box. The office was closed at 8:30 in the morning. They could use more/better stocked vending machines.

Location was perfect for me. Was only staying 1 night, just needed a place in between jobs. Room seemed clean, had a bit of difficulty with the wi fi but the front desk was quick to fix the issue. I ended up needing another night, and that transition was easy as well. Overall, I needed a quiet place to recharge before the next barrage of work and this hit the spot. Wi fi great once I got the password figured out.

I felt I overpaid for what I got. However, I should have researched more, I could've gotten a better place for a similar price but was in a pinch and didn't want to dally. Lessons learned, fault mine. No complimentaries like shampoo or soaps or anything.

Didn't use breakfast. Location ideal for being close to SUNY at Oneonta.

TV only had one station working. No clear instructions on how to access more stations.

paid through Booking.com then when I arrived they told me I didn’t pay. ended up paying twice and they still haven’t refunded my money. pretty much stole my money. only 1 light works and tv volume so low you can’t hear it. all you can smell is curry food in the parking lot

No breakfast offered.

The water that came out of the tap wasn't cold. Wi-fi instructions were unclear, but when I called the front desk about it, he actually came to the room with written login/pw instructions.

The room was cleaner than I thought it would be and the ease of check in.

The sheets were tucked to tightly so I had to fight to free my feet.
