So dirty. Rude front desk. Pool closed. Hot tub closed. Broken gym equipment. So disappointing.

Never will stay here again.

The price was good for the property. It’s comparable to the quality inn where we usually stay because we bring our dog. The quality inn was actually $100 more. It’s decent. Rooms we’re clean and good size the front entry way was nice and very convenient in the middle of town.

The interior is a little dingy in the hallway a slight smell but not terrible. The pool wasn’t opened because it needed 24 hours to clean but we weren’t told that or given a discount. Someone complained but they didn’t really do anything except say sorry maybe the manager helped her out idk. Also the chef may or may not be there for a warm breakfast they didn’t know. However, they do offer free continental breakfast. My husband and I call it the maybe hotel. Lol

The staff

Place needs updating, more security at the main st entrance. People shouldn't be allowed to followbyou into a long dark hallway.

The breakfast looked good although I didn't have time to sit down and enjoy it. The staff was very friendly.

The lighting in the hallways was very dim, it felt a bit unsafe. The tub didn't drain well so you were standing in dirty water for the duration of the shower.

Hotel is old and not maintained. Not worth the price.

Location

Dirty room, carpet was damp, old clothes hanging in closet. My feet were black from walking in room. The parking lot looked like the streets of Baghdad, huge and deep holes in parking lot. You almost needed a 4x4 vehicle to get through. The fire alarm went off at 5:30 am and again at 6:30 am . It was in the lobby but the staff had No idea why .

It’s location is perfect.

It’s outdated, extremely dingy, smells unclean. This was a gorgeous addition to the town when built 22 years ago. Now it’s the same as it was then. There have been no renovations or updates yet the rates climb
