The HVAC system is too loud in the room and not easily controlled by a confusing control . We were without hot water until late in the evening.

Our first room smelled very moldy and we had to request a change which they did immediately. The beds were very low to the ground. The breakfast options were terrible.

Great location. Super fun hotel!

No free COFFEE! No breakfast or food of any kind is disappointing. For all that $, how could you not offer free coffee bar downstairs for guests? And some basic breakfast? Even the ”complimentary” water, we got “1” can of free water for 4 guests. Really? Even the beds do not seem to be Queen size, very small. And room service didn’t come one day to take towels and all so we got home late and nothing was changed out. Just disappointed in some things although the hotel was beautiful and fun.

The typical graduate style of the hotel and the comfortable rooms. The location at Chapel Hill is great, you have everything in walking distance.

The food in the restaurant was too pricey for the amount and quality. The staff at the front desk was not always helpful.
