The property was in a good location and was reserved right away.
When I arrived and got ready to pay for my room, I was informed that I had to have a $100 deposit in cash. I don't carry cash because I have a debit card. We ended up not staying and had to find another room.

Bed was comfortable. Heating was good.
Breakfast was lame even on the weekend. Cleaning was dull. You could tell they did not clean the installations fully before I came in. Water flow was poor in the shower. No hand soap available in the bathroom. Dirty behind the furniture. This was not my first choice but the hotel I booked before travelling had problems creating new keys for guests.

Super close to where we needed to go! Easy and friendly check in
The pull out bed didn’t have sheets on it ready to use, but the mattress was super clean! Not a spot on it so it wasn’t too big of a deal!

Was very close to the college where I had training for my job. It was fairly close to restaurants that I was able to dine at during my stay.
It wasn’t very easy to find even with directions on my phone.

Location and the beds were comfortable.
When we arrived after many flight delays, our room smelled like smoke, the windows were broken so they couldn’t open, toilet paper was dirty and the bed didn’t have pillows. The person at the front desk was lovely and gave us pillows and air freshener. The next morning we asked the manager for a new room. He said he would call. We packed up and waited. We had plans, so I went to the desk to understand the timing and they said they would call the number of the reservation. We went out locally for the day and when we returned and asked for our new room we were told they called us and we weren’t there so they sold the room they were going to move us to. The manager was only available by phone and refused to give us a new room. The front desk person called the manager numerous times in our behalf until she finally got him to agree. Our second room only smelled like mold in the bathroom. We left the next day and upon return our key didn’t turn green. We tried the door anyway and turns out it didn’t lock. The deadbolt also didn’t work. We new we had the interior slide lock would keep us safe overnight. Thankfully nothing was stolen while we were out all day. I told the front desk, she made a note and we went to sleep. In the morning when we told the manager this morning, he said I should have tried the lock and told them when we got the new room. I told him the key had worked then, it never occurred to us to try the lock. To top it all off, our rooms were never was cleaned.

Honestly I think the whole place was a little bit overpriced the breakfast was not that great so I can't really say there was too much I liked about it on top of my complaints already
If there was no bed bugs in my bed it would have been great

On day two, when I approached the desk the ladies were very helpful in switching my rooms around.
After checking in I through my bags in the room and took off to a family event. Came back later to realize I was not Happy with my room. It was dirty!! Dusting wasn't done , black sticky stuff was all over the air vent, and the towel rack was broken, and the bedding look like they never changed, and the room smelled like stale smoke . Went to front office to complain about it, and he tells me well you been here 5 hrs already there's nothing I can do and hands me 2 sets of sheets. Like wtf?? I'm a paying customer which just drove over 800 miles and this is the service I get? Next day I approach the office again at 630 am and there was different staff. Told her my concerns and she was very helpful in switching my room . Now my deposit he said I was getting back and made sure of it before I left hotel, check bank statements Says its on there but for $0 🙄 I will never go back there again.

Location was great to places we needed to be. Price was fair. You get what you pay for.
Girl at front desk lacks alot of customer service skills. No smile not friendly we arrived about 2:40ish check in times at 3 other places ive stayed would let us check in a few minutes early, not there! No elevators you have to drag you luggage up the stairs. Dingy smell. Bathroom had a clogged sink called to have them fix it. Man who answered said I can "self fix" if i went down and got plunger. Asked him if they had a maintance man who could do it, he said yes and would send him up. We left for dinner came back 2 hours later sink still not fixed. I happen to catch the maintance man at a room across from mine and asked him to fix the sink. Bed was not comfy. Bathroom tub wouldnt drain properly so water filled the tub and can see how dirty the tub was and if was squeeky kelt like i wasgonna fall thru the floor. Few outlets and ubs outlets not working. Poor lighting and no chair for the desk. Room dusty. Side doors wouldnt open with hotel card.

Great value for quality of room
Cleanliness. I know pets are accepted and because of thisms are very utilitarian. However floors could use a deep clean. Phone on nightstand could take a bath, or toss it.
Also, TV was going bad or something. Picture was very dark.

The room seemed fairly clean.
The breakfast was meh. We used the deadbolt before we went to bed and could not unlock our door to get out in the morning. It took the staff over an hour to get someone to unlock the door for us. I asked the woman working at the front desk. If I could get at least a partial refund. She told me she would have to talk to the manager. I got a receipt for the full amount. Not happy.

The pool in the hot tub were not running they weren't in order they didn't work everything was wrong with that hotel service everything I'll never go there again

Everyone was nice and responsive to our needs
Our door didn't work a few times (wouldn't open), staff was helpful in getting us into the room using the master key, but there didn't seem to be much interest in fixing the problem.

There is nothing to like about it. This facility can not actually be affiliated with Wyndham!
FILTHY, Filthy, filthy! Broken window, broken heat/ac, broken hair dryer, dog hair in carpet, odors, stained towels and sheets, rear entrance does not allow access with card, sparse “breakfast” - egg shortage is over! - , coffee maker inoperable - wrong coffee dispenser.

Price for room was not to expensive compare to other hotels.
That staff at checkout wasn’t flexible and they stay with my deposit money just for checking out a little late. Some hotels let u checkout with no extra fee for a little longer especially after staying with them over a week.

Caduceus 2 times 100$ each and I payed for an additional night but ended up checking out the same day and they dis not refund me my deposit because I mistplased the slip they didn't even work on it with me or reimbursed for the the extra night they never did room service no new soap no new towels it was by far the worst experience I have had and to top every thing off the 2cnd floor smelt like burnt hair and the fire alarm went off I woke up rush out of my room when to the office and they had told me that some one pulled the Alarm and ran
