Everything was fine. Front desk staff was helpful but there was not someone there all the time

Very fast wifi. Room large and had many outlets for charging my devices.
There are several restaurants within walking distance including the perpetually busy Dutch Brothers coffee.
Some minor glitches in the rooM. Was going to bring them to the attention of the front desk but they were understaffed.

Basic food. Layout of dining area appealing. Allows for group or individual. Nice windows.

Ottimo Hotel. Camera spaziosa e pulita, letto comodissimo, frigorifero, TV, aria condizionata presenti in camera, Wi-Fi ottimo. Parcheggio disponibile gratuitamente. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa anche se vicino alla strada. Locali e ristoranti vicini sia per mangiare che per fare acquisti (supermarket). Colazione super abbondante per partire alla grande la mattina. Staff gentile e disponibile. Distanza dal centro di Denver di 15' circa in auto. Consigliatissimo.

Central locations, very clean. I spent a lot of time choosing this hotel, I think there are better options for slightly more.
Not as nice as I expected. Over run with kids sports teams, noisy hallways, and always someone smoking by the entrance and/or pool. Beds wobbly, sofa bed VERY uncomfortable for our teenager. Torn carpet outside our room. Feels dated, though they tried to update recently. Nothing special, though it was clean.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious! Also a great location for what we needed.
The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable. Some updates and small gestures would come a long way in justifying the price.

Great location and awesome staff. Great location if you are looking to see a show at Red Rocks. Lots of restaurants in close proximity. So all around a great place to stay.

It was a good value for the money - it was roomy and bathroom did have enough room for 2 people to get ready in the morning with an additional mirror out in the hallway close to the bathroom.
The mattress was somewhat uncomfortable and not not as good as Hyatt Place, courtyard, or Hilton Garden Inn. The pillows were awful and I should have asked for a couple of foam pillows. The air-conditioning was very loud and at the far end of the room and I guess wasn't that efficient because it got pretty warm pretty fast. C

The breakfast was beyond excellent! The coffee available in the lobby all day was very nice as well.
Free WiFi would have been nice for the rate charged. I didn’t want to sign up for the Hilton program to get it. This is seriously my only dislike.

I was lied to by the night person at the desk about extra charges that would be rescinded at check out. My card was charged for $24 extra. This is not acceptable.

The gym was closed due to maintenance.

The breakfast was great. The staff were kind. Checking in and checking out was easy. Parking lot had plenty of space.
No cameras anywhere in the parking lot and no security outside of the building. A sign on the front door says that guest must use their room keys 24/7 because the doors are always locked. This made us question if the building has had previous security problems, as well.

The property was clean. The staff was very friendly. There were a lot of choices for breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed our stay
One of the mornings, I got a hot shower but my husband got a cold shower. The bathroom sink water never got cold. It was either warm or super hot.

Tyler at the front desk was very kind in helping us make a reservation last minute. We were there for my Aunt's funeral and the other hotel wasn't safe. He even gave us a 'bereavement rate' that allowed us to afford the Hampton for all the nights we needed.
Everything was really great. Our last morning we were in a hurry to get to the airport, and they didn't open the breakfast door till 5 min after 6AM but that is really nothing to complain about!
