Location, kind receptionist, quiet (regarding noise from the street or neighbours talking: we did not hear anything like that during our 2 night stay during the week), clean (although old - which we did not mind at all), reasonable price.

You can hear if your neighbour starts to shower (probably too high pressure of water in the tubes).

Older motel but pretty clean and quiet. Manager is very friendly and will accommodate you with pleasure.

We didn't stay long enough to see all of the Red Woods we wanted to see.

It was clean and they had an opt in policy for housekeeping meaning that the only time a housekeeper enters your room is when you ask them to. Also the walls had pretty good sound resistance. Staff(owner?) Was awesome and lowered the room deposit by $20 so that I could afford it.

There was a deposit for the room that was not in the info provided by booking.com. Luckily the staff (possibly the owners?) We're amazing and lowered the price of the deposit by $20 so I could afford it. Coffee machine didn't work but I only drink coffee for the taste so it wasn't too big a deal and I'm sure they would have replaced it if I had asked them but I forgot to tell them about it.
