The location was close to the airport.

It smelled bad when I walked in, I was charged an additional fee they called a refundable deposit after I had already paid in full online, there was an actual hooker (prostitute) in the lobby, they did not have an elevator to the second floor and when I asked about that, the concierge said the buildings over 80 years old and that’s why they didn’t have an elevator, there was mold in the bathroom. They overbooked people causing a bottleneck in the lobby, resulting in a hostile situation. I did not get refunded my refundable deposit.

Nothing, I didn’t like anything about it.

Someone was already in my room when I got there, somehow the key to their room opened the room I was supposed to be staying in. Once everything transferred over I got a different room. The floor was dirty, the shower head was rusty and there was mold in the shower, plus hairs in the shower curtain. One of the pillows had a blood stain. I called the front desk and requested a refund, I didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying there with my kids. They told me a manager was not there that I would need to call the next day. I left the keys at the front desk and left in hopes I would get a refund back. I had to go find a different hotel late at night with my kids n had to pay somewhere else to stay. I called them more than once the next day asking to speak to the manager and the staff kept on denying he was around. He never called me back and when I called again for the 3rd time they hung up on me. I would never waste my money on a place like this it’s trashy and not safe. The staff is not friendly at all and the room super dirty.

There are so many crackheads, and homelessness around the facility. Our door, 144, didn't even remain unlocked unless we physically locked it. We found out when leaving.

The area surrounding is disgusting. Trash everywhere, we couldn't sleep, people were fighting outside, car alarms going off, not your normal, "karen complaint," it was terrible.

we had to wait 15 minutes for the lobby attendant to arrive and it took another 15-20 minutes for him to check us in. also the a/c in our rooms (plural) didn’t work

No one was at the checkin for over 20 minutes. And wouldn’t answer phone either. After 2 police officers walked in looking for someone too, we left and stayed somewhere else
