Tv didn't work at all and it was a bit of let down.. if tv worked I'd give it a excellent rating but tried to fix it for close to hour and no luck.

the staff! the woman at the desk was exceptionally kind and friendly. The shuttle driver was excellent as was the breakfast woman.

We were pleased with our stay. The room was clean, the bed was perfect, the a/c worked well, the breakfast was exceptionally good, and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

There was no light in the sink area which was not a deal-breaker, but inconvenient.

Very clean and updated. Breakfast was good. Very quiet. We had a 2 queen room that was quite spacious. Overall was very nice!

Staff was so friendly upon check-in. We were all laughing & having fun. We were told to be sure to reach out if we needed anything.

The overflow drain in the sink was black with mold. It wasn’t obvious until I saw the reflection in the mirror as I brushed my teeth. I could see how it was overlooked for cleaning. Everything else was spotless.

Check in was exceptional. Attendants were super friendly and helpful

We stayed at the hotel 2 times, June 3rd and June 10th. On June 3rd, the front desk person couldn't find our reservation and didn't seen to know what she was doing. On June 10th the front desk person seem to be even bothered to have to stand up from sitting in the back to come help us check in. They were short staffed and we had to come to the front desk if we needed something, and the person at the front desk just seemed bothered by easy requests. ....TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. They were short staffed. The pool and jacuzzi areas were dirty. The pool was was freezing! The pool towels were so small, they could barely cover my toddler. The tub in the room wasn't draining fast enough and the water just pilled up when we took showers. So gross. The breakfast selections were awful too.

Television was not working properly. Was charged for 2 rooms when my brother and I both requested to pay separately.

Hotel was close to the airport. The hotel offers parking for departing parties. Facilities were clean.

Hotel was okay for the price.

The hotel staff was polite and helpful checking in. The king suite is massive and has everything needed for someone traveling for business. Ideally located right next to I84.

You can hear the Highway noise fairly well if you turn off the A/C. This didn’t bother me, however I could see it bothering someone who’s a light sleeper.

Everything my room was huge. Staff was great helping me . And the pool was nice .
