The pool was locked up

The whole experience was terrible. We stayed in Room 117. Two doors from the side entrance. There was no lock on the exit door. It was missing. You could look straight through it. Then the door to actuall get outside was propped open with a floor tile or something and a handwritten sign on the door that said “No visitors from 10pm - 6am”. Why was that even there? This is a hot tub room. We had two towels and had to call for extras that were not given up freely. It was like a bother. The water pressure was so low it took 22 minutes to fill the tub. The bathroom was small. No hair dryer. A hole in the bathroom door. This was terrible. I just stayed in a hot tub room with Baymont in Columbus TX a month ago for $97 total that was gorgeous. They should have refunded at least half of the $151 they charged me. I will NEVER stay here again. Avoid at all costs.

the bathroom needs to be redone the caulking on the floor is stained with black and gray color. the front door frame is loose, so somebody could kick it while it’s locked and the whole door would open. the outlets plastic cover is loose.

It was extremely quiet and comfortable the staff was very friendly and made my stay wonderful!
