The breakfast was as advertised. Good for a light breakfast with coffee it tea. My kids appreciated the milk and juice. Dining area was clean and tidy.

I liked the staff when we checked in. We were tired and cold, it was very late. She could not see nor find our reservation. I think it was our mistake. She took care of everything for us in a calm and businesslike manner. Because of her we had a good night's sleep. The room was a nice size, the decor was what I like. Lots of light. The shower water was hot. I had been on vacation for two weeks and that was our last day before going back to Japan and we finally had a hot shower. The breakfast was great. The other guests were nice to be around. The bus back to the airport was so helpful and on time, cheerful driver, nice man.

I think booking. com was the biggest problem for us.

There was a very rude front desk staffer. Two of them were very nice but the third one was extremely rude and clearly did not want to be working. Another guest who was checking out at the same time even said “wow, she’s sure miss personality, isn’t she”.

The breakfast room was clean, tidy and quite large. Breakfast choices were OK. Although looking a bit worn (they ARE in the process of updating this establishment) the whole place was clean.

The two ladies who checked us in and out needed a bit of personality. They both barely spoke and were quite abrupt in answering any questions. It was like I was bothering them.

it was dirty. the was a water leak on our rooms bathroom ceiling. there was someone else’s hair in our shower. the carpet was dirty. you can hear the airplane all through the night.

the carpet in the room was filthy, torn, and stained. The bathroom did not have a fan so had a lot of condensation damage as well as what appeared to be show tread marks on the toilet seat and counter top.
