The breakfast was delicious and the location was fantastic

The pool was too small and it wasn’t very clean. The staff was also not as friendly as they could’ve been.

Breakfast was amazing, our room was great and the location was perfect to getting to various parts of the town.

Hi Jean , My stay was only okay this time than how it was last time . The AC in our room kept making loud noises. The lock on the restroom door was not working. Since the blanket was thin we asked for another one but the housekeeping lady asked me how many people were staying in our room. It was an odd question , specially when I was calling to ask if they had a comforter instead of the thin blanket . We ended up using the murphy bed to avoid the noise of the AC. Bottom line is that the experience was not very good this time .

check in was great. beautiful location. great views from our room. The bed was so comfortable.

never had a hot shower. the water would get warm for a minute or two and would then get cold. It was like this for each shower. We wanted to use the jetted tub, but didn’t because we felt with the limited hot water, the tub water would be cold. For the price we paid for the Paradiso room, we would have expected hot water.

The location was away from the touristy area. Off on a quiet residential area and across from the Airport hiking trail. The breakfast was great. You could chose from the daily special or have more basic eggs,oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee. Our room was a suite, living room , mini kitchen area and bedroom. Kitschy southwest decor and art throughout the property. Very clean. Lovely fire pit in the evening.

Our bathtub needed reglazing. The jacuzzi was great after hikes but the jets should be readjusted or replaced. Too noisy and water hitting you in the face/head!!!

I cone as often as I can. My favorite place in Sedona....

There wasn't anything that we did not like during our stay. Everything was perfect, and we wouldn't have changed a thing.

Amazing views and a great room. Also great location within Sedona.
