I don’t like u reserve a king room and I got a double bed I extended my stay and the front desk clerk screwed up my stay to where I left hotel and came back and couldn’t even get back into the hotel never received a call about reservations or was u still at hotel while my stuff was in room also was harassed by a lady at the front desk about a situation. Also my bathroom fan made noises I called and ask to switch rooms twice and they refused I spent a lot of days and money at that property and feel like my trip wasn’t good because of my stay at this hotel breakfast wasn’t as good but there was one housekeeper she was great but I wouldn’t recommend or I won’t stay at hotel again. Also had ppl coming into my room I did not like

Water pressure was messed up. Had to wait to flush the toilet about 10 minutes after use.

The room was a good size, and the beds were comfortable. We were on the 1st floor which made it easy to go in and out. The breakfast was very good with lots of selections.

There was roaches everywhere ! Bed bugs’ the tub was very nasty . I hated it

Went to 3 floors before I found ice.
TV wasn't working, I had to call the desk.
The check-in process was very long considering I had already paid for the room.

The breakfast was great the beds were real company room was really clean whole hotel was actually really clean with run again
Amenities mentioned in the listing were not in my room I didn't have a refrigerator a coffee pot and several other amenities. When asked the front desk about this I was told that the property was in the process of being sold and that none of the rooms had refrigerators coffee pots etc upon passing some of the rooms that were opened by house cleaning as they were cleaning I found out that all of them had the amenities. Was not willing to relocate me to a room that did have them pool was also not open

the area convenience and breakfast was good
there was dust in the property upon arrival, I had to clean prior to settling in. the pillows were terrible and very uncomfortable

Hotel wasn't up to date, pool closed and everything else was closed!! In town for baseball tournament couldn't use washer and dyer!.. BROKEN Room was half clean
