Good location, just off ai285, easy to get to. Safe area. Room very clean, beds comfortable. USP chargers next to bed didn’t work. They did provide sound machine which was nice. Breakfast was ok- typical hotel fare- but not a lot of healthy options that were edible- stale dry cereal, watery oatmeal, no boiled eggs or peanut butter.

The staff was not hospitable at all. They looked and sounded bored and annoyed when asked questions. We called down to the front desk 7 times before someone answered the phone. If you don't want to be there, find another job.

The room was clean, bathroom was nice, my friend enjoyed his bed, and the staff lent us a blanket when it was needed.

We had reserved a room with 2 queen beds, but their system placed us in a room with 1 bed and 1 couch for sleeping. A pull-out sofa bed does not equal a proper bed.

It was very clean and the room was nice.

My tv didn't work the entire time, therefore I couldn't keep my kids entertained and had to give them my cellphone and then I was without anything to watch. Also, I had plenty of bath towels but only one washcloth in the bathroom. By the time morning came, we hurried and left because the kids were whiny when they woke up and realized the tv still wasn't working.

Front desk staff was great, especially the check in staff. . Room was very clean and comfortable.

Tv wasn’t working for 2 days in row because of the rain and ice machine is broken on 2nd floor! Have to go 3rd floor for get more ice ugh! Breakfast was alright.. they need more improvement with the foods.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good.

Water was not draining in the bath tub. Staff said the maintenance should fix it by end of day. But nothing was fixed. Out of the 3 nights, the last night, we were moved to a diff room. But AC/heater was not working in the room.

Location is very close to the highway so you'll hear cars all night. Cable selection isn't good. Not many good channels.
