Absolutely nothing. The stay was horrible. Progressively got worse through the stay. I have never written a review before but thought I needed to!

Greeted by an elderly lady eating her fried chicken immediately upon entry. I believe the morning staff was not sober. Police were there upon check in for a situation. The smell was horrible. The outlets did not work. There were screws all over the walls with nothing hanging. The shower head, outside rings only sprayed, the bathroom floor was washed from it, but I needed to wash my hair in the sink. Cigarette burns all over the sink, the carpets throughout were filthy. Ice machine did not work. But don't worry they had a cooler with a cup on top for all to use! Even if the ice machine had been in working order it was filthy, I would not have used it. Soda machine was 80% empty. The website said continental breakfast. There were cornflakes in a Tupperware container, that's all. The only light that worked in the room was upon entry. The side lamps did not work. The tip envelope had previously been used, licked, reopened and left for the next person. There were handwritten signs hanging on various doors to not take things that don't belong to you. Especially the laundry room door? This motel seems to be the covid moratorium where people are living and not paying rent. Definitely full-time residences made there. Which is ok! But there were people yelling all night long etc. I feel awful about writing this review, this is my first ever! But I had previously read the reviews, and all seemed ok before booking the room.

Being charged 4 times, kind of gave me a heart attack. Checked today and the $107.42 is on there, but the other charge of $100 didn't come off at midnight like I was told. Hope that disappears. Thank you kindly, hope that $100 disappears at midnight tonight. 😊

Staff is friendly and it close by restaurants and shopping.

Room 114 was clean and attractive, all essentials were included.

Did not like the bathroom sink positioned outside of the bathroom stuck in a corner! Barnwood was on the floor and up one wall behind the bed, very attractive. Would have liked a couple of area rugs.

Said pool- no pool Said hot tub- no hot tub Room has clothes under the bed. An earing on the floor. Not ours. Booking.com said pool and hot tub. the front desk pool not operational bad liner over a year.... no restaurant. Dark & musty. Ice machines broken. We had plans so we had to stay. Looked for other rentals no luck. It said balcony but no balcony, when I called they said you can request but it doesn't mean you will get it.

The staff was not around the office area when you needed something or someone. The room was terribly dirty especially the carpet. It had a lot of dog feces stains on it and the tub was dirty as well. I even stepped on a needle that was unseen by Y me in the carpet and it hurt because I was barefoot. Now must go to my Dr. TO GET CHECKED FOR DISEASES. THE WHOLE 4 DAYS WAS TERRIBLE. They also put us on the second floor and my husband is 77 and I am handicapped. But what was nice about that was that there maintenance man helped us move all our luggage to a new room on the first floor and he was very friendly and kind.

i liked the size of the room and the jets in the tub, the fireplace was a nice touch too.

They were apparently renovating and didn’t list that online anywhere, the inside pool was closed and the outside pool wasn’t open because of rain. my daughter was bummed out. we selected this hotel because it listed 2 pools and a hot tub.

Worse place I’ve seen in all my life, my daughter was mortified, she begged me to go somewhere else said she was scared , worst smell ever , was either stale smoke or old body odor people living in some of the units , cigarette butts everywhere you looked on the ground, scary people all around looked like a good place for drug addicts not cool at all the place should be condemned

The room was clean and the pool was ok could of used some cleaning of the bugs off the top. Breakfast choices were ok.

Not the room I chose when booking, no fireplace or balcony. Very strong odor of smoke in the hallways. Very small television for the room.
