Location & convenience to the Caverns concert.

Room was old and walls needed painting, door stop behind bathroom door was such old rubber it was cracked and painted over.

was in a good spot and met our needs. Would stay again if passing through.

I like that the owner will rent by the week and give a good rate when called directly. He was also very considerate to put me in a downstairs room because of my very elderly dog. He was concerned that she wouldn't do well on the stairs. Pets stay free here. Housekeeping will work with you when you stay for a longer time. They will either clean the room or give you a broom so you can. Your choice. Need more towels or the garbage taken out? Just ask for towels and put the garbage out by your door. Microwave and mini fridge in the room and the ice machine works.

It's right next to the interstate so there is traffic noise all night long. This is an older budget motel and it shows its age. Also there is no free breakfast. But for the price, especially the weekly rate, and for my dog staying free, I have no complaints.

Difficult to talk to staff through the "service" window. The beds were hard and "springy". No breakfast. Limited restaurants nearby.

Nice, bright appearance arriving after dark. Plenty of parking in a large lot. No breakfast to review, but the single-serve coffee pot was a great addition and made good coffee. Plenty of linens, and the room and linens looked clean and smelled clean. No bugs, bed pretty comfy. Nice place for the price. Location right off the Interstate was good, but...

The room I got was on the back side of the building, which faces the Interstate. There was a lot of truck and car noise that I doubt was as bad on the front of the building. Towels and pillowcases were a little frayed but entirely serviceable. There was a long hair on one of the clean towels, but I get that at home, too :) Strangely, a switch next to one bed operated the bed lamp over the other bed and vice-versa. The tub/shower floor in this room was a little "spongy".
