Location was good. That's about it.

First, I up grade and wasn't what I expected. We had a pet slug in the bathroom ! The pull out sofa was dirty. Had to ask a few times for extra blankets and a pillow. Was told no first time didn't have any. Breakfast was as little as possible.

Room was not clean. Bed bugs in the pillow. Staff sneeze near breakfast area. Tell staff to wash his hands. He responds I don't need to wash my hands. Staff did not the bathroom left her string of hair on the sink. Popcorn left under the desk from previous people who had the room. We never had Popcorn. Did get new towels but did change not take out the trash in bathroom. Return back to the same trash with my mother diaper in the trash. Breakfast is Joke.

The bed was comfortable.The staff was helpful when I needed them.

There were ants on our rug for which I procured bug spray to kill them.The toilet had mold in the bowl rim.The rug was filthy and really needed to be cleaned.The breakfast was a joke so we went to Perkins.

Location and price is great. Very close to Kings Island and easy to get to.

Continental breakfast looked as if it wasn't rest or refilled. Tables after breakfast were not cleaned.

No one walked in on us unexpected like the night before at a different hotel.

Chair in room was about to fall apart, brought my own foldable chair in from my own vehicle, stain on floor, looked like someone dropped a spaghetti dinner all over it, top lock on the door was loose as could be. One of the outlets and light that I had my phone plugged into didn’t even work. Found a stink bug in room.

hallway smelled like skunk weed in evening, gone by morning. vending machines completely empty. bagged breakfast.

They advertised that breakfast was included. Not only was breakfast not provided, their vending machine was broken too.
