Room was quiet and clean.

Continental breakfast barely made the grade. There were 5 blueberry muffins, packages of oatmeal but no microwave or cold water to prepare them according to the directions on the packages and a few very small nutrition bars in addition to the coffee and juice.

What breakfast? Watered down juice. Old muffins. Two lemon yogurts. Breakfast bars from Costco. Just say you have coffee. Room very clean, bed very comfy. Loved the pool and spa. Just don’t advertise you serve breakfast.

The workers were good guys and I appreciated there service.

The desk clerk was wonderful. Very sweet and kind. She's a huge asset to your establishment.

Room was dirty, smelled funny and had fleas. Someone's old sock and a old gummy lifesaver on the floor. Pretty gross. I get people's pets stay and that's really a plus but maybe some carpet fresh , flea killer and vacuum?

Everyone was very nice and rooms were clean loved every part of it. It also had the perfect smoking section outside where it had the most amazing view of the sunset

Dryers didnt work as much as I expected but thank god the room had hangers to hang the wet clothes

When I booked, I stated I need a main floor room when I checked in, I was put on the 1st floor 2 flights of stairs I have had knee replacements. There were no rooms on the main floor available. Then the TV remote didn't work to it to the front desk he couldn't do anything about it. What would you have done if I were in a wheelchair?

Coffee in the room was for a different sized coffee maker. Basically brown water. Loud from upstairs and next door.

The spa was broken, fire alarms going off, screaming kids up and the halls on 2nd and 3rd floors. They're dog friendly but no where to take the dogs potty, except in the simi truck parking area. The simi trucks Freaked my dogs out.

It isceasy access off I-5, clean, indoor pool? Breakfast, good shower, microwave, coffee, refrigerator and cable. Air/Heat. Because I called ahead of time I was able to get on the main floor. SO ALWSUS CALL AHEAD IF YOU NEED MAIN FLOOR, no stars. Thank You, Staff Brandy-, she made sure I got a downstairs, no steps to room. Needs an elevator and Vending machines on each floor. Thank you for a quiet sleep.
