It is withing walking distance of parks, the river and restaurants. The owners were remodeling. It's an old facility in the old part of town. I'm sure by the end of summer it will be polished and really shine. The staff was friendly and very quick with check in and check out.

Not much not to like for the price.

hotel lobby was locked. had to stand in the cold and check in vis a window with a tiny hole in it. very hard to hear and understand the clerk. place was clean but old. no coffee service in room. non in lobby either.

The room was very clean and tastefully appointed.

100% excellent!

The Good: Clean room, nice laminate floors, good TV, Microwave and fridge, decent Heat/AC.

Not-so-Good: Mattress wasn't comfortable and noisy, shower water pressure was BAD, located between 2 busy roads so a bit noisy.

Super clean. The bathroom looked as if I was the first person to ever use it. Comfortable bed and quiet.

The air control is behind the desk so I had to move it out a bit.

Room was under repair. Manager woke me at 10 pm . Ac was not adjustable. Bed looked like someone had used it earlier. Overpriced. Lobby was locked.

The location was awesome, rooms were newly remodeled and very accommodating. Our room had a private balcony with great River views

Much cleaner and comply than it looks from outside.

The phones didn’t reach office

Close to town, comfortable room.

No coffee in room and no breakfast supplied. Pool didn't look very clean.

Very clean and excellent price for the area.

The door did let air in thru a gap but it did lock well and seemed secure
