We didn't eat the breakfast. All we purchased was coffee and a banana nut muffin. The coffee could've been better, but it was decent. The muffin hit the spot.

I didn't like that guests are forced to join the Marriott Bonvoy members rewards program to have access to the "complimentary" wifi. That makes it completely redundant whether there's a dollar value placed or not. It did not encourage me to continue with the process.

I needed extra day, since my husband was in hospital. They assisted me and I was able to book additional night.

Convenient location and easy to reserve through booking. Beds clean and comfortable.

The carpets were dirty and mold in shower. There was no response to messaging the property and they weren’t able to accommodate a request to place rooms together. The staff could have been more polite at check in. Room smelled of previous cannabis use, or was it being used in a room close by, not great.

My husband and I have stayed before; it is central to all that we want to do during our visit.

The clientele left a lot to be desired. There were people arguing late at night….using profanity that would make a sailor blush. Not the type of guests I would expect at this establishment. One of the maids assigned to our floor was extremely unprofessional. She was having a phone conversation in front of our door in the morning—it woke us up. My husband leaned his head out the door and asked to keep it down. She apologized, but continued her conversation anyway. Unfortunately, we will find another hotel to stay when we visit Pittsburgh again.

No coffee cups in room. No refresher packs of coffee next morning. Dated, rooms hadnt been upgraded in a while. I know it was a Marriott, but I was dissatisfied. Too much for not much.
