I will never stay at a Hampton Inn again. I had one other bad experience and I was optimistic because of the good ratings, but this was terrible. I noticed right away the elevators were filthy. They first gave us a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. We went back down and was given another room. The room was filthy. Dirty handprints all over the walls, crumbs and dirt in the floor, the shower was gross. I told the front desk. The boy was polite and said he would leave a not for the manager. Never heard from them. Had to go get my own bleach wipes to wipe stuff down. Absolutely terrible. I will say the boy at the front desk was very polite but obviously new.

There was no furniture available to unpack to. Closet was great but would also liked to have had at least one chest to unpack clothing to.

I liked the absence of carpet. That's why I chose this hotel. I have allergies and hotel carpet always sets them off.

I specifically requested a walk-in shower due to physical restrictions. When I entered my room I found a bathtub, which is very difficult for entry. Disappointing.

it was a lovely new building- great decor, very clean, very nice! Breakfast was also good- loved the waffle maing machine. Also...clsoe to the Interstate and some nice stores for those interested in retail therapy.

Very spacious room, comfy bed. Good location, lots of shopping and restaurants. Close to ice arena.

Breakfast was typical hotel food. No waffles during our stay.
