Everything about the property was great, was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

The cost was a bit higher than I like but it was a festival weekend so that may be why

The room was lovely and, without us requesting anything, they'd noticed we were carrying a wedding dress and upgraded our room and gave us a bottle of champagne. The spa bath was the highlight. Good location

The morning breakfast buffet, which had been free when I'd last stayed, now cost 18 dollars.

All staff members actually care about you, very clean.

Location. Great for downtown tourist attractions. The decor was great as well. Probably the best I have seen at any other hotel. Very modern. Staff was friendly and seemed to like their jobs.

I booked Hyatt for reasons of being within walking distance to places we wanted to go, and pelaton. None of the pelaton were usable. Needed major updates/connection issues. Gym was very warm. I hate to keep complaining but the pillows were awful.

The bed was decent

They charged me $256 for incidentals when I only approved for $75 unethical practices. When trying to contact them they don’t respond and bounce you from call to call.

great location downtown. clean and spacious bathrooms.

no view from the window at all (we were facing a wall) and no natural light. don’t stay here if you want a nice view of the cities!
