The coffee and juice was good.

The eggs and sausages was a disappointment, I think people would enjoy real eggs as so many people look forward for breakfast in the morning.

On our road-trip around south Florida we arrived here, late, after a full day at Kennedy Space center and then a three-hour drive south - and for shopping at Sawgrass mills the day after. Plantation was maybe the most humid place of our entire trip, but the hotel was cool and cosy and the staff friendly. Didn't manage to get an enough pillows or towels for all four of us, though, until we asked house-keeping. Minor quibble. Room, bathroom and beds were large but, as in almost all hotels we stayed along the way, the AC was noisy and rattly. The hotel itself was quiet and calm and fit our needs completely. Breakfast was fully adequate but why oh why is everything (in America?) single-use styrofoam, paper and plastic?

I had been contacted, along the way by several different hotels that we had booked, to pre-check-in in order to "expedite the check-in process" and for this hotel i finally relented but...to no avail. I filled in everything, ticked all the boxes, answered all the questions and even had a request. None of these were apparently registered or taken into consideration. This was just a minor annoyment and not meant as a critique of the hotel or staff on-site, as they didn't receive any of this information, it's more intended as a pointer for La Quinta/Wyndham to perhaps have a look at how this works/doesn't work.

Poor housekeeping lack if towels air conditioning leaks all.over floor mildew smell

Bed was super comfortable and decent breakfast.

The place is old. They tried to freshen it up with coats of paint etc, but it was done a little sloppy. The rooms need more love to moderniza it a bit.

I booked it last minute while landing and I needed to be close to the Westfield mall/and my mother’s house…so the location was ideal was a 5min walk to the mall. I liked the free breakfast (however there were roaches running around)…free wifi was suitable My son enjoyed the pool area…despite it being dirty

I usually DONT leave reviews but this stay was warranted…I stayed 2 nights from June 8-10 in room 323…the room was visibly dirty with copper bits and beads and trash/hair all over the floor..there were liquid marks all of the walls (like a drink maybe exploded?)…I made mention to the staff/front desk man that my room was dirty and he said he would send someone up (morning of June 9th)…that never happened…I finally was able to track down housekeeping on my floor and she expressed to me that my “dirty” room was not on her list and proceeded to give me the vacuum and mop to clean the room myself….AND I DID (I have an autistic child and the dirty floor with the sharp copper wires was unacceptable)…the room/walls everything was disgusting and dirty. There were actual roaches running around during breakfast near the food counters and we decided to skip lol. The pool (even thought my son had fun) needs to be cleaned and filtered better)

Warning!!!! Do NOT stay here! Major SAFETY issues!!!!! There are scams going on here to rob you or worse take you or your kids for sex trafficking. Our room was at the end of the hall, the lock was removed from the door, the peep hole was covered up with paper shoved in it and the phone in the room was cut. The phone cord was cut, not pulled out of the wall, but cut. When I brought this to the front desk and told them I felt like we were being set up and this was a major safety issue. It was a non-interested attitude from the front desk person. I feel like there is some staff coordination here with this. He immediately let me out of the booking. While he was doing this, was also texting someone as we were leaving. Do not stay here! I feel like this could have been a trafficking grab. In the process of escalating reporting of this issue.

Nikki at check in was wonderful. Very helpful and provided great customer service.

We liked everything. The air conditioner leaked in the evening which we told them about and it was repaired in the morning. No issues.

Good value, clean and good service in a good location.
